Waterville Hardware & Paint is a small, old-fashioned hardware store. It is a great alternative to the big box stores. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and the nicest people. They are full of knowledge, very knowledgeable, and very helpful, offering the best all-around advice. The service is fast. They are always able to help, will figure out problems, and even order extra product for projects. This store has the tools and hardware customers need and is everything a small town hardware store should be.
My belts snapped in my car leaving me stranded. I had the belts but the wrong wrench! The guy was very pleasant and led me right where I needed to be. Will go again if I am ever in the area.
