“There's a reason they are the busiest tool sales and repair businesses in the area, when you break it down it's simplest, it's customer service, price and Quality.”

“Great customer service. The post office misdelivered my package. I contacted them and they reshipped my order. The rope quality is great. I will continue to order from them.”

“Just a good old Ace Hardware, where you can find everything you need. Floyd Craft opened Main Street Ace Hardware right here in Bowling Green back in 1987. He’d already been in town since ’76 when he started Ben Franklin’s, which is now just called Ben’s downtown. Sold the Ace store in early 2023 to Dave and Kati Thompson—they kept the name and all the staff out of respect for what he built.”

“Had 4 out of the 5 burrs I was looking for, no one else had them in stock and ready to pickup. Guy behind the counter let me look at the catalog myself and give HIM the part numbers. Plus I got a free t shirt lol. Will definitely take a look thru the catalog he handed me and probably be returning”

“I shop here for everything I need to help operate my landscaping and Lawn Care business. I tell all my customers to shop here. The service and product is always top notch. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable! I would rather shop locally here, than big chain stores. That and they know me by first name and that's great service!”
6633 Providence St, Whitehouse OH 43571
“Awesome store with anything you could need for a home improvement project or repair. Jeff and the team are always kind and helpful in getting you exactly what you need quickly, so you can get back to the project you're working on. No sense in going to Holland or Perrysburg for a big-box home improvement store when General Pro has everything you need right in Whitehouse.”

“The only place to go for unique hardware for your projects. The guys really know their business. They'll help you choose the perfect product for your needs.”

“Bought blocks today for a flower bed retaining wall. Two employees had to move pallets around with a Hilo to get the blocks down I needed. They proceeded to take the cart from the garden center to the front register. They waited til I paid and wheeled them to the other end if the store under the roof at the lumber department as it was pouring rain. They then loaded my truck for me. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I got my blocks loaded. I believe their names are Guy and David. I always get great customer service at the Perrysburg Lowe's but today was special. Employees like these make shopping better.”
5900 Airport Hwy, Toledo OH 43615
“I always get excellent service in that location, but yesterday Big Al in paints was especially helpful. That's one area where my wife and I aren't too knowledgeable, and Al really took the time to help us understand what we need for a couple of different projects we have going on. Got us what we needed and didn't try to upsell what we didn't need.”
9570 US-20, Rossford OH 43460
“I can almost always find everything that I need there. I can't find it I can find a person who can help me find it or help me with the project that I'm working on. The only minor issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to find a person to help you. But when you do they know exactly what you need.”
7001 Orchard Centre Dr, Holland OH 43528
“Always friendly, decent to great products, prices are usually less, especially on sale or with rebates! Easy access and regular hours, too. Service team has always taken care of me!”

“Good place to go to get what you need. However people bring more than just their legit service animals here. I have seen people bring their emotional support animals here and they are not trained properly to behave.”
