“Bought blocks today for a flower bed retaining wall. Two employees had to move pallets around with a Hilo to get the blocks down I needed. They proceeded to take the cart from the garden center to the front register. They waited til I paid and wheeled them to the other end if the store under the roof at the lumber department as it was pouring rain. They then loaded my truck for me. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I got my blocks loaded. I believe their names are Guy and David. I always get great customer service at the Perrysburg Lowe's but today was special. Employees like these make shopping better.”

That's one area where my wife and I aren't too knowledgeable, and Al really took the time to help us understand what we need for a couple of different projects we have going on.
