“Great experience at Wauseon Ace store! Outstanding customer service from employees. Called this store looking for a special EGO attachment. Fred took my call and info and went digging around the store, found the item and called me back and put the item on hold for me. Was driving over from Toledo and didn't want to make the drive unless the item was there and appreciate Fred's help. Other staff was very friendly and checked in with me often while walking around the store asking if I needed any help. The check out person was also very friendly and informed me of the ACE rewards program. This is the best ACE store in the area and worth the drive from the Toledo area.”
“Two hours from home and the cabinet I picked up for my laboratory didn't fit in the back of my truck with the cap on. Not having a good day at that point but bound and determined to make it work. I went to Delta Hardware. They got me exactly what I needed and were about the nicest people I've ever met. Hard to have a bad day after that even as I contemplated my Jed Clampett drive back to South Bend.”
