The mobile phone check-in is an amazing option! Just make sure you have at least two contact people for them to verify your identity and possibly an employer lined up ahead of time.

It was handy and fairly proficient using their app. It appears that you have to be on time for your pickup when using the app. The truck was very useful and in very good condition.
