My daughter's birthday party is today, and we got let down by Scent From Heaven. She was very upset, and the store manager Angela, made her feel much better. She hand decorated her cake, giving her the cake she wanted. While it may not look the prettiest, my daughter is the happiest girl right now. Thank you Waverly Kroger!

Seems to be they have been hiring a lot of rude young kids to work self checkout that obviously don’t know how to do their jobs properly because I’ve never had this issue before at Waverly Krogers normally always have a good experience
Made a big deal over mine and my husband’s ID even though we had our IDs and showed them & we both are above the age of 23
And shop at Krogers multiple times a week.
Also they stand around joking and laughing at the front while everyone is waiting on them to come check the registers to check out…

Best service I’ve had in a long time. Stopped by the Waverly Kroger just to grab a few things and ended up leaving with a smile on my face. The cashier Eli was hands down the nicest and most helpful person I’ve come across at any store in a while. Super kind, patient, and really seemed to care, which you don’t see much anymore these days. He’s a great kid, very respectful, and honestly pretty cute too (my wife said the same lol). Helped me bag my stuff without even being asked and even made small talk that didn’t feel forced or fake. Hats off to whoever hired him. Give Eli a raise!! Will deffinitly be coming back.

I called ahead to ask if we could just bring in balloons that we had purchased already to be inflated at any time and what the cost was for having them inflated. I was told yes, just bring them in and cost is $2 each with no mention of any other factors.
I took 16 balloons, expecting $32 plus tax to be the cost, however we were charged $77!! When I questioned this the lady said cost is based on how much helium is used , not price per balloon. We were then told the only option was to pay or not , no offer to try to make right the discrepancy or seem to care . I've been a customer of this store for many years without issue but will take my business elsewhere now every chance I get. The economy already sucks and ripping off your customers by giving false prices is not really the way to go.

Cashiers need to make a comeback it's dumb to have a fool stand around and watch everyone ... Along with computers systems for self checkout that are crap and overly sensitive.

I've not been inside this Kroger, but the two ClickList orders I've picked-up were successful including decent produce.

The cashier Candy was incredibly rude. Her demeanor and everything. She made an entire scene at the self check out about my id (I’m 21) 0/10 I probably will never shop here again.

We stopped in for some groceries on our way home from Portsmouth to Chillicothe. In future, we will wait until we get to Chillicothe. We are in our late 60s, and while we aren't ready for the handicapped parking, we also have health issues and don't want to walk in the rain or snow an excessive amount of distance from car to store. Why in the world is there SOOOOO much handicapped parking in front of this store? Are people in Waverly that sickly? It's absolutely ridiculous.

Bought strawberries and raspberries and one container was molded all over the bottom and the others were rotten inside. Employees should check fruit regularly as it is their job. Not to mention food is too expensive to be rotten and molded when you go to eat it.
