“Chalese is super sweet, very energetic and positive. She absolutely made my trip there worth it and made my day. 100/10 recommend a promotion and raise with benefits. I wish there was an easier way to do a survey for her too. Edit- today 8/31/24 “The night shift manager” around 3:40am loudly asked me if I was deaf because she assumed I didn’t greet her back when coming into the store. When I asked for her name when the other employee rang me out I let her know I am indeed partially deaf; Immediately she told me she had every right to ask me if I was deaf because I didn’t answer her , and that I was in the wrong.”

“I think CVS has some great deals at times, especially if you have a rewards card. However, I've noticed there's a pharmacist that seems to care less about privacy or being cordial. I stopped in to get things like coconut water, and personal hygiene items, and I know when he's working because I can hear him very loudly ask patrons their names and birth dates, and at times things that should not be announced so loud they can be heard from the front of the store where the cold drinks are. So I've concluded that either he's hard of hearing, or just being an impersonal, aggressive toned individual. Enjoy your waffles!”
