Never happened before, and didn’t know what to do. I returned to the store nervous to ask for help, but without hesitation the staff took the issue out of my hands and filed the necessary paperwork to ensure things were resolved promptly. This spot isn't very busy normally so I can usually get in and get out pretty quickly, at least for basic bank transactions. “We have been with Fifth Third for many years. Have appreciated the service we get. One problem though, I am in a wheelchair and it is almost impossible for me to do banking when by myself. There is no counter low enough for me. I have to hold my arm straight up over my head and the teller has to reach over the counter to take anything from my hand. I can not talk to anyone and be heard or reach anything being handed to me without stretching. For these reasons I do not do the banking much because it is too hard.”
