“I wanted to recognize Dan for the outstanding customer service he provided during my recent visits.
My husband and I purchased a home late last summer and have been investing heavily in updating the landscaping, which has resulted in multiple trips to the nursery and the purchase of a significant number of plants. During many of our previous visits, we either encountered employees who weren't knowledgeable outside of their specific area or, unfortunately, weren't particularly attentive at all.
Dan was a completely different experience. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right plants and solutions for our landscape. He took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure we felt confident in our purchases.

“Grandma’s Garden is a beautiful, cozy, whimsical little garden. Every turn seemed to have something new to discover. We felt like we stumbled upon a magical little fairy garden! It was our first time visiting, and we stopped on a whim on our way to Caesar Creek. We were greeted by Scott, who walked us around and showed us the gardens best kept secrets, the caterpillars, chrysalises, and butterflies! He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. You could tell how much he loves and cares for the garden and all of its inhabitants.
They were getting ready for fall, with cute decorations all around and tons of pumpkins of all different sizes and shapes.
We wandered through a little sunflower field, a bee and butterfly garden, around a couple of ponds, through the store filled with all kinds of cute things, and we even fed some goats!
It was a very nice experience and we’re glad we decided to visit. We’ll definitely be back!”
