I had a fantastic experience at Harbor Freight in Miamisburg, Ohio! The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and several team members offered assistance without me even having to ask. They were knowledgeable about the tools I was looking for and even gave me tips on finding the best deals in the store. It's clear they care about providing great customer service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality tools and excellent service!”
“I bought a 1x30 belt sander from HF and it was defective out of the box. I had enough and went to Woodcraft and bought their 1x30 unit. Worked perfectly. Had a bucket of customer parts that needed sanded and this thing was probably on for an hour straight with no issues. I have no regrets buying it.”

“This is an old fashioned hardware store at its core. They have a huge Hillman fastener display including nuts, bolts, washers, screws, etc of all kinds. They also repair screens. They cut two pieces of plexiglass for me today in about 10 minutes.”

“Bill the owner went beyond expectations trying to help me with something small. He did the research and called me back quickly on a small project i had. The part i was needing is not a common part and almost impossible to get bc there are no adapters made for what i needed even though you think there would be. He found a solution but it be more logical to not go through the trouble to make it and import it from Russia. but he was still very knowledgeable at his work and very helpful which can be hard to get from some people. This place definitely deserves more credit bc the customer support was some of the best i experienced. Thanks bill

“went to look for strike plates for my mortise locks and was impressed to see so many in the display cases. then i walked into the back room and saw there were hundreds more along with all the different hardware parts i didn’t even know i needed. staff was super friendly and helpful. hope i bought everything i needed, but if not at least i have an excuse to go back! so happy places like this exist :)”
