“Great selection of products. Always call before coming if something is shown online. Downside is no ADA entrance, although there are plenty of people in the store able to open the doors. Limited parking, larger pickups take up more than one spot.”

“I bought a 1x30 belt sander from HF and it was defective out of the box. I had enough and went to Woodcraft and bought their 1x30 unit. Worked perfectly. Had a bucket of customer parts that needed sanded and this thing was probably on for an hour straight with no issues. I have no regrets buying it.”

Yesterday (8-21-2025) I visited the paint department and the 2 women working were so friendly and were able to color match a tiny little paint sample from paint that is 5 years old. It was a PERFECT match. The customer service desk allowed me to return tinted paint, that I chose, without a receipt, for store credit. Seriously. Unbelievably amazing customer service!”

“Had a good experience at Home Depot today. I showed up to the Plumbing department with a pipe I wanted cut and fitted for a project. Nothing went as planned honestly. They seemed to think that the materials were sub par as the pipe would not thread correctly in the equipment. I didn't care though. I met two lovely women who were a delight to deal with and I thought it was more entertaining than anything else. I was happy that they were willing to try it, Anyway. Pipe cut, and the threading was acceptable enough for my purposes. I offered them a fiver and they declined stating they cant accept any tips. Professional or not, a nice personality and good customer service really does help. Anyway. Ill keep HD in mind the next time I need to make a larger purchase. Thank you.”

“10 star service, but I messed up ??♀️. But my step dad taught me no project isn’t complete without at least 3 trips to The Home Depot. I got some lumber cut, and so thankful. My pup supervised the wonderful gentleman my many cuts. But dang it, I miscalculated my measurements. So do I buy new lumber or can I bring my lumber back for new cuts? We are frequent flyers, my pup loves The Home Depot and your staff. Always helpful. Thank you also for supporting the military. I’m a 22 year veteran. I also dropped a piece of my lumber a a kind gentleman picked it up and found me. This is why we shop here. It’s not one trip but 3 trips for one project!!!”
“Went to Menards and needed a plumbing part and the person in that dept didn't know a damn thing about plumbing went to Lowes and the lady in that dept went right to where the part was so Lowes people are trained s little better then Menards people”
