“Super helpful pharmacy staff!My son has asthma. Doc prescribed an inhaler that normally costs close to $600. We have insurance, but the deductible is ridiculous. Pharmacist recommended a website to help off set costs. Reduced his inhaler - which he needs monthly - from $600 to just a little less than $90 per month. What a relief! We so appreciate the information.As an aside - we get most, if not all, prescriptions filled at Costco. So much cheaper - even without using insurance - than places we used to use. Staff is always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.”

“I switched to Walmart when the Kroger pharmacies started going downhill. It was a great choice! I have no complaints. There is never a long wait, they get my refills completed quicker than they estimate, and they have quickly resolved any issues that have arisen. The pharmacist (a gentleman- I don't know if there's more than one) has helped me out of a tough situation more than once. Just the other day, I had to revisit them because I hadn't received the correct amount of pills. They didn't give me any grief, and I left with the full rx being filled. A relative had the same issue at Kroger once before, and they told her she was out of luck! And it was a mental health medication, at that!Anyway, everyone I've dealt with here has been very nice. I see Sheldon most often and he is friendly and polite. These people seem to actually care about their customers!”

“I came in as a walk-in yesterday to get a tdap booster because I scraped my arm on a rusty nail. The pharmacist was the sweetest woman ever. She made me feel at ease and was funny, it was the first time in a long time I haven’t been nervous to get a vaccine. I was in an out in a timely manner. I even found a coupon after I had already paid and they helped me with refunding almost half the money I paid. I can’t recommend them enough. By the way, GoodRX works on vaccines, not just pill prescriptions.”

“Went here today to get my updated Covid shot! It was so busy! Just a FYI they close from lunch till 2pm. My shot was at 2:15pm. I got there at 2pm and man was the pharmacy so busy! People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.”

“I went to Kroger today and a customer needed assistance, while attempting to help him I noticed an associate Adam passing by but he was just out of range. I decided to call out “sir”. He could have pretended not to hear and I would have assumed he was unable to do so, yet he turned and came back to assist me. He took time to engage the older man who needed assistance and then went to assist another customer who called for him. I encountered him a second time when I needed a prince check and he once again was delightful and helpful. Adam was what you hoped for when you need assistance. The convenience of the deli and produce has saved me a trip to the grocery store more times than I care to count. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
