“The store is pretty big with great lighting. It's always clean, and it seem to be pretty well set up for browsing. I often find myself walking out of the store with 2, 3, maybe 4 other items than intended because of the great big isles and casual set up. The staff is always polite, they always greet you when you come in, and say good by when you're leaving. The pharmacy is great. They're always helpful, and super fast, and they always resolve issues when they arise, which isn't often.”

“I have never had an bad experience with anyone who works at the pharmacy. When I call with a question I get an upbeat and helpful answer. When I come to the counter to pick up an order I am greeted with a smile. This is incredibly important to me because it feels like the pharmacy is an extension of our care team. This location is very well stocked and as our needs change they are able to adapt and fill new prescriptions within hours. I wish everywhere I visited had employees like the ones I find here. “I was at my "witz-end" with Drug Mart...Everything is like pulling teeth, constantly changing policies and it seems my co-pay changes every other month! The drive thru is broke half the time...Rite-Aid is a refreshing change. Drug Mart also offers little privacy and you have to yell your personal info thru the plexiglass for all to hear. Thank you Rite-Aid for offering a better customer experience.”
