βI love this place!! They're always so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have what I need they always call their other store to check their stock. I've never asked them to check, they just have. Highly recommend!β

The staff went out of there way to help me find what I needed and even offered to order in an item they didn’t normally carry in the store. This will definitely be my go to store moving forward.β

βI bought a 1x30 belt sander from HF and it was defective out of the box. I had enough and went to Woodcraft and bought their 1x30 unit. Worked perfectly. Had a bucket of customer parts that needed sanded and this thing was probably on for an hour straight with no issues. I have no regrets buying it.β

βWell stocked, neatly merchandised lumber yard showroom. Good customer service. A good alternative to larger big box stores that may be farther away, especially if you need basic remodel / repair supplies quickly.Be ware, they do not accept credit cards for purchases under $5.β
βMy experience with Ferguson has been absolutely amazing! My water heater busted on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. The sales team at Ferguson was able to find the replacement water heater I wanted at another store and have it shipped to my local store by Friday! When we arrived at the store to pick it up, the water heater was larger and heavier than I anticipated. The exceptional staff at Ferguson offered to deliver the water heater to my home that day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. The delivery driver followed me home and helped me unload the water heater. Truly outstanding customer service - could not recommend this place more!β
βCame here to get a very broken screen frame replaced. The guys working were so nice, and they were even able to repair it for me instead of replacing it which saved me money.β

βAfter watching a video about recaulking a bathtub, I decided I needed the tools being used in the video. I went to Ace and found exactly what I needed.
With Ace being only a mile from my house, I went to find a replacement for a lamp socket. Again, I was not disappointed and was even surprised to find that I saved about $3.50 from what I would have been charged at Lowe's.β
βThis is an old fashioned hardware store at its core. They have a huge Hillman fastener display including nuts, bolts, washers, screws, etc of all kinds. They also repair screens. They cut two pieces of plexiglass for me today in about 10 minutes.β
βLowes is always on point. If I can't find something, it doesn't take long to flag someone down that will assist. Not to mention, their customer service department is by far the best in the Miami Valley. As far as I'm concerned, they give five star service all day long. Specifically my girl Karen in CUSTOMER SERVICE.β
βBill the owner went beyond expectations trying to help me with something small. He did the research and called me back quickly on a small project i had. The part i was needing is not a common part and almost impossible to get bc there are no adapters made for what i needed even though you think there would be. He found a solution but it be more logical to not go through the trouble to make it and import it from Russia. but he was still very knowledgeable at his work and very helpful which can be hard to get from some people. This place definitely deserves more credit bc the customer support was some of the best i experienced. Thanks bill

βAlways very helpful customer service at Rocky's Ace hardware, I Love the convenience of a smaller store, verses the larger home supply stores, where you find it impossible to locate an employee for assistance. They have a wide variety of merchandise and always have just what Im looking for. The aisles are clearly marked for a quick and general location of the item you're shopping for. I recommend Rocky's Ace hardware for your every need, Perfect for Seniors like myself!β
βSlow on "will call" like, I'd swear they don't pull it til you get there even if you call hours in advance. With that being said; awesome people, very friendly, clean store area. I'm pleased with what matters most right stuff onhand and approachable staff.β

βI accidentally broke a tool I had borrowed from my friend, after checking into it , I realized it holds a lifetime warranty through menards. I took the broken tool and explained what happened, They did not ask any questions but replaced it without me Even having the receipt!!!β
βI love this Tractor Supply. They always have what I need and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They also run good deals on sale and clearance items. Easy access and lots of parking.β
