Hank said bring your end table lamps in and I will take a look at it with you...that he did and fixed both of the light switches in 10 minutes. Most young employees have zero customer service skills...Hank Burt had 10+ savvy customer service skills. He is going off to OU college soon and I wish him the very best. Emily and Steven thank you for having savvy helpful young employees in your store front...that is what sets your small business apart from the others. “Well stocked, neatly merchandised lumber yard showroom. Good customer service. A good alternative to larger big box stores that may be farther away, especially if you need basic remodel / repair supplies quickly.Be ware, they do not accept credit cards for purchases under $5.”
“I bought a 1x30 belt sander from HF and it was defective out of the box. I had enough and went to Woodcraft and bought their 1x30 unit. Worked perfectly. Had a bucket of customer parts that needed sanded and this thing was probably on for an hour straight with no issues. I have no regrets buying it.”

“My experience with Ferguson has been absolutely amazing! My water heater busted on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. The sales team at Ferguson was able to find the replacement water heater I wanted at another store and have it shipped to my local store by Friday! When we arrived at the store to pick it up, the water heater was larger and heavier than I anticipated. The exceptional staff at Ferguson offered to deliver the water heater to my home that day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. The delivery driver followed me home and helped me unload the water heater. Truly outstanding customer service - could not recommend this place more!”

Yesterday (8-21-2025) I visited the paint department and the 2 women working were so friendly and were able to color match a tiny little paint sample from paint that is 5 years old. It was a PERFECT match. The customer service desk allowed me to return tinted paint, that I chose, without a receipt, for store credit. Seriously. Unbelievably amazing customer service!”
