Every single time we go there is someone to help and if that person doesnt know they get another person!My husband surprised me with a Big Green Egg.They delivered it, assembled it, and i lost the dang receipt. Ya cant register them without a receipt. I called the store expecting a hassle. Mary answered the phone, within 2 to 5 minutes she found us and had them ready. And that kind of FRIENDLY wanting to help at this location is refreshing and just cool as heck.”

But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.”

“The employees of Woodcraft of Dayton are amazing. My husband wanted to take up woodworking. He's shopped here off and on through the years and now is getting serious about this hobby. My parents wanted to give him items for Christmas. I went in the store in early November and talked to Tony. He was a huge help. Tony told me to bring in the wish list and he'd get it taken care of for us. I went back the following week with my parents and the wish list. Tony took the list and went around the store finding everything for us. My parents and I had no idea what we were looking for. I know if we would have been at a big box store we would have been lost, overwhelmed, and frustrated. Tony made the process almost as easy as giving a gift card. He ordered the items that weren't in the store. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I'd give 10 stars if Google would let me.”
