“Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and I'm currently with a European specialist group called Eurofix in Nashville Tennessee. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! “They just replaced motor mounts for me, and the price of everything was cheaper than I would’ve got from any other shops. They do quality work. Was able to squeeze me in for a brake job afterward too. Replaced an engine for me many years ago before they moved to a bigger shop, and was pleased then. So, they’re still awesome! What really tops everything is she offered to see if someone could give me a ride to pick up my vehicle, because I was having issues with a rental car situation. That was so kind!!”
“Have taken 5+ cars and trucks to them over the past 15 years. I have found them to be honest, more than willing to work with me, and only do repairs that were absolutely necessary. I brought a car to them that I was considering. After their inspection their response was “please tell me you didn’t buy this car”. Cannot recommend enough. “What a team, we had a flat tire today in the snow and found out they do include spare in many vehicles anymore. They were able fix our tire when others wouldn’t help. “I had a great experience working with this shop! My cat converter needed replaced, the dealer quoted me 4k...I called around to many other shops and though cheaper than the dealer I was still looking at 3k-ish..ouch. Reached out to this shop and they gave me an idea of price over the phone but needed to see the car to get a better idea. They got me in same day to look at it, diagnosed it and gave me the price within a couple of hours.
It was a FRACTION of the cost of every other place I called, a little over 1k. They ordered the part and once it came in they got my car fixed in less than a day's time. The guys working were always friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and I could tell they were fixing only what needed fixed and did not try to get extra money out of me for anything. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a car repair. I'll definitely be back!”

“On my most recent visit, I didn't actually get the service I came in for but I did get integrity. My car was telling me to get an oil change so I stopped by. A tech checked the car over and told me that the message I was seeing was automatic and not triggered by a sensor or anything. The oil in the car was still fine and service wasn't necessary. So he topped off the other fluids and sent me on my way, no charge. Thank you nice and honest technician (whose name I did not get... I'm so sorry!)!”
“They saved me when my other fuel company dropped a few hundred residents without notice to do company fuel orders instead of residential homes right at the start if winter. Id have been in real trouble to get heating fuel to heat my home if it hadnt been for Tyler. He was a Godsend. He was not only professional & nice, flexible but honest and a solid person to do business with. I hope fue to his ability to help so many people that his business triples. “Bought four tires for my utility trailer got a good price didn't have to wait to get them put on had an appointment they started right away pointed out that I had a wire broken on my trailer brakes and help me fix it really dedicated to safety here even used a torque wrench to check torque on all the wheels which is not usual for most places great family-owned business you should use them if you need tires and any other items done to your vehicle they have excellent service even the city of Dayton uses them for various services that should tell you something about how good their service is”

“I’ve been patronizing this Jiffy Lube location for more than 20 years having all different brands and models of vehicles and have been thoroughly satisfied. The fact that they once saw my retired military plates on my vehicle and from then own always makes sure to apply any discount applicable to my service invoice. The discounts are welcomed but I’m more appreciative of the great service they’ve provided me over the years and this new vehicle (actually a used vehicle new to me) was no exception, I told them I’d just purchased and was going through changing maintenance items. Their prices are well placed in comparison to the competition and I’m a customer for life.”
“Stopped in today for an oil change at the Centerville location off of South Main and had an excellent experience. Carter and his crew were incredibly personable and professional. They actually had the specific type of oil we needed in stock, which has been very difficult to find lately!

“Brought in my car after a flat tire that had to be towed to this Walmart auto Franklin location. I called and one gentleman told me they weren’t taking anymore walk ins and wouldn’t be able to help me today. Luckily I still had my car towed here and Cody and another young man got me back quickly and said they had no other cars in the garage at that time. So the man I spoke with on the phone lied… CODY IS AN EXCEPTIONAL team lead- he took care of me and my car. My boyfriend and I only have one car, so being without it even a day was scary because he works in the medical field and that is his only way to and from work. I’m so grateful for Cody’s kindness and his willingness to get me in and get me the best possible price for a new tire. Walmart management and corp. needs to know about this. This was amazing. I’m sitting here waiting in happy tears, I was scared worrying how I would pick my boyfriend up from work tonight from the hospital. Cody saved the day!!!”

“I brought my son’s car to Take 5 Oil Change today for an oil change and had an outstanding experience. I was lucky enough to meet the district manager, Jessi, along with Zach on the team, and both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Jessi went above and beyond by letting me know that anytime between now and March 10th, or until my son hits 96,785 miles, he can stop back in for tire air, washer fluid, oil top offs, or coolant top offs at no charge. That is next-level customer service.
This location is truly customer service oriented, and I’m genuinely glad I decided to stop in today. If you need a quick, efficient oil change from people you can trust, I highly recommend this Take 5 location on State Route 741 right in front of Lowe’s.”
