The online check-in and check-out experience is awful. Two words: Aw Ful. I reserved a van from home on my computer, and when I got to the site and logged in through my phone's browser, had to enter in the exact same information as I did from home. There must be rules to follow because the human beings on staff at the Clyo Road location although nice were unwilling to help with the terrible, slow, confusing, frustrating mobile experience.
If anything, the U-Haul mobile experience for check-in and check-out convinces me to try another brand before using U-Haul again, when I want to rent a truck or van.”

My sister and I are thinking of buying a van that is accessible and this place is the place to go for that too. “The facility is super clean and temp controlled. The front staff is helpful - well some are. The one guy was going to help me with a large chest and the other one stopped him. So I struggled a lot to get it in my unit. But I finally did it. Anyways, the same guy then accused me of stealing the furniture dolly I borrowed to get that large chest in my unit. As if! So all is well but that guy.”

“I came here to pick up a Uhaul, Tammi, was working the desk and helped me along the way. She was friendly and well educated with the process. The lot is small but Tammi can help you maneuver you trailer around so that nothing gets hit. The location is great because it's so close to I75 and right off rt73. My truck was ready when I got there and drop off was simple.”

“This entire team was amazing. I am grateful to have rented here. The team is very diverse in backgrounds and strength and all worked really well together for my several requests, while maintaining professionalism and effective communication. Jeff’s management and interpersonal skills are reflected through his team. I was surprised to meet Daniel unexpectedly as he was present one of the days I visited while helping support the team there that is already very busy. He was very friendly and informative. I was able to book my one way truck without having to call back with concerns. I also really enjoyed working with Ms. Breann, Ms. Belinda, and Jennifer. They assisted me with getting into my storage even after I lost my keys. Their recommendations and access they gave me to the building was top tier. Had I not been relocating, I would be interested in a job here. Keep up the great work guys!”

“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”
