I am still in absolute disbelief at the level of unprofessionalism and misconduct displayed during this delivery. Not only was the experience marked by rudeness and incompetence, but the driver also committed what I believe to be a serious act of fraud.
1. Our delivery was originally scheduled for Tuesday and was rescheduled for today with a confirmed delivery window of 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. We were explicitly told the driver would call one hour in advance.
2. Instead, the driver arrived at 7:10 AM—well outside the agreed-upon window—and began pounding on the door and ringing the doorbell. He only called me at 7:04 AM, giving less than six minutes’ notice.
3. Upon arrival, we observed the pallet was broken, and the attached “FRAGILE” sign had been torn in half. Out of concern for potential damage, we requested to inspect the shipment prior to acceptance.
4. The driver refused to allow any inspection and, rather than return the item, carelessly dropped the broken pallet—with the fragile shipment still on it—onto the ground before leaving abruptly.
5. Shortly thereafter, I received the Proof of Delivery document and was stunned to find that the driver had forged my signature. This is an extremely serious issue and cannot be ignored.
The conduct exhibited by the driver was not only unprofessional but potentially criminal. I am requesting immediate attention to this matter and a formal investigation into the delivery and the fraudulent signature.

Tim was awesome! He arrived on time and was efficient, friendly and thorough. He also went above and beyond and asked if he could check the back of the tv where it was taped up like it was damaged. It ended up being fine! I was impressed that he made sure it wasn’t broken. Great service!

So we had a scheduled delivery for three day lead time. They picked up the freight on 7/14. It took them three days to get from Angola, Indiana, to be delivered to Cincinnati. Arrives in Cincinnati on the 18th.Then on top of that is now taking them another five days to deliver when it is in Cincinnati. Because they need help figuring out the dimensions of their trucks to fit freight for delivery on the 19th.So then, when they were attempting to deliver on the 20th, they called at 3:45 PM, saying they could be there by 4:20. This is when they know our receiving time for our company is 8 AM to 4 PM Mon-Friday.So when they attempted delivery on the 20th, they didn't at that point try to reschedule because, by this time, they knew the dimension of the truck and freight. But guess what? They don't!So I get a call at 9 AM asking if I want to reschedule for delivery. I said sure, what is available today... "I'm sorry, all our trucks are out for delivery today and scheduled; I can get you scheduled for some time Monday."Ok, if you can't get it to me today, I would like the first delivery out of the yard by 8 AM... I'm sorry, I can't schedule that because your delivery isn't a priority delivery. I can only give you some time on Monday.On top of all of this, I am only 7 miles away from their yard...I personally would look towards other freight companies.

Worst experience. Pickup time 10pm everyday and these people waste time not loading trailers till 2am.. the trailer that is supposed to leave next day evening they prioritize that trailer above the load that is suppose to go today... pathetic logistical minds. And stupid service. What a shame....
