Horrible service!
On September 23, I was informed by Amy that a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Specialist would address dents on the hood and roof the following day. No further communication was provided that week. When I followed up on September 29, I was told the repairs were assumed complete. Amy later confirmed on September 30 that the vehicle was ready.
Despite repeated and explicit instructions not to paint the vehicle, the invoice included a charge for corrosion protection/primer on the right door shell—where no damage existed. This is unacceptable and appears to be a fraudulent charge. Furthermore, I had confirmed with Amy that my factory tonneau cover would be replaced with a factory part. Upon arrival on October 1, the vehicle was filthy and the cover had not been replaced. The invoice falsely stated that the cover was replaced at a cost of $1,195.00. Amy admitted it may have been installed on another vehicle.
Due to this negligence, I was unable to pick up my vehicle and continued using the rental. The repairs did not warrant the extended time claimed, resulting in unjustified rental costs. The original proposal was $1,922.33, while the final invoice was $3,751.51, excluding rental charges. Although my out-of-pocket cost is $0, I demand that the overages and rental charges be disputed and corrected immediately.
Yesterday, I was informed that the new tonneau cover had been installed. Upon pickup, I noticed the vehicle had been washed, but swirl marks were visible—clearly from an unauthorized carwash. As I hand wash my vehicle to prevent such damage, I expect Caliber Collision to cover the full cost of professional detailing. I do not authorize Caliber Collision to perform this task.
Additionally, it is evident that a Caliber employee drove my vehicle without consent, as the seat and mirrors were adjusted. This is a direct violation of my company’s policy, which prohibits non-family members from driving lease-back vehicles. The hood insulator and washer hose were also not reinstalled properly; the insulator was found in the back seat.
This level of service is beyond unacceptable!

**UPDATE** I emailed the email below on 10/1 and have not had a response.
This location was extremely uncommunicative. I had to initiate every contact until I involved a supervisor through my insurance. The day before I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle (8/29), I still hadn’t received confirmation of its completion. When I reached out, they informed me they had ordered the wrong tailgate and were waiting for a replacement.
A week passed with no updates. Since I live nearly an hour away, I began driving to their shop—only to receive a call 20 minutes before closing (on 9/5) saying the repairs on the vehicle were complete, but they were waiting for a mobile A/C technician to run diagnostic on the A/C in the car. Their mistake pushed us beyond our 30-day rental period covered by insurance because the A/C tech could have been called during the week between 8/29 and 9/5. Initially, they claimed they weren’t responsible because the wrong part had been sent to them. It wasn’t until I explained that this was their issue to resolve—whether it was their error or their supplier’s—and involved my insurance again, that they agreed to extend coverage for the rental.
When we visited the shop that weekend, we noticed damage from the original accident was still present. I contacted them the following Monday, and they claimed to have fixed it or ordered a new part. The vehicle was then transferred to the dealership for what they described as warranty-related repairs. I inspected it at the dealership, the scratch they said was fixed was still clearly visible.
After the vehicle was returned to the shop and I went to pick it up, they had finally addressed the scratch—but had forgotten to replace another damaged part from the accident. Overall, this experience was far more stressful than the accident itself.

I don’t even know where to begin. I think I’ve made 3 reviews in total my whole life so it’s pretty bad if I’m taking the time to make one. Overall, I was happy with the end results in terms of the paint match, reassembly or most of it. I think it looks great. However, I had to redo part of the weather strip on my rear window because it was sunken in and uneven. They broke the nozzle on my rear window, forgot to put my emblems back on, I had to ask them etc. the communication, which I can see is a trend here based on the other 1 star reviews is common because it is horrible. They did fix the rear nozzle however I don’t believe they were going to call and inform me of that. I found out when I called to check on my car. It was there in total from 6/9-6/30 mind you the only thing needed to be replaced was the tailgate hatch due to my trunk lip being cracked. That’s it. They claim to send text updates. I got 3 the entire time. I had to constantly call to check on my car because they weren’t communicating. I was told 3-5 days. That didn’t end up being true. The list goes on. At the end I was told “ nothing personal, but I don’t want to see you again” joking or not you don’t say that in this situation and I didn’t appreciate that. I am the customer and I was nothing but polite and respectful even though I was frustrated with how this all was handled. I was also told “you can go…” when I walked up to the front desk to PAY my deductible I still owed. Horrible communication, customer service needs a LOT of work. I was told they would call me when the tailgate came in and it was 2 weeks that had passed by without a single phone call. I had to call to see if the part was in so I could drop my car back off and was told “oh yeah its in” no one was going to call me? Not sure about the comments about the person at the front desk, she was pleasant to deal with. However I did not enjoy the communication with anyone else at this shop. And I would not recommend but based on the fact I was told they did not want to see me back, a paying customer, I would never return sha’ll I need anything in the future, a customer lost here. I did not do anything to warrant any of this. I really hope something changes.

Worst experience ever! 10 years State Farm customer and recently had issues with my car and I got recommended by State Farm to go this shop since they work together! I went in with appointment they took my car in to pain my car after week and half got call with sweet talks and informed me everything with fabulous Lies! When I went to pick my car up I end it up with so much other problems besides just painting exterior my car! Who ever work in my car put paint in interior starch interior and exterior leftover. Funny part is they try to hand it to my car like that worst way possible. Good thing that I double check before I got the key quickly I informed them what is going on. They apologize for the damage caused to the car. Offer me opportunity to take my car back in rework on my car that they caused by accident related employment! I accept it things happen understood politely however they took advantage of my politeness after wait 2 weeks never call me back forgot the order my parts Iv been running after them to get my car back in now! I gave up! It's been month since the day I got my car back from them and I'm still at the hook problem is still there caused by they're employees, they completely change attitude on customer service! I don't think they released that we are the customer that coming out of accident
They got their money from insurance company but real customer is still hanging on hooks! Worst service experience ever!!!
Do not take a risk to take your car !!! Go somewhere else

They gave me the run around the entire time they were working on my car. I was not pleased with the work and after they finally agreed to redo the work they said they would call me when the part was in. Months later, still have not received a phone call or a return call.
