I had a fantastic experience at Ace Hardware thanks to two amazing team members. As soon as I walked in, Mike greeted me and immediately offered help. He made sure I found everything I needed and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout. At the checkout, Theresa was so friendly and left me with genuine words of encouragement that truly lifted my spirits on a rough day. It’s rare to find that level of care and service, and I left the store feeling better than when I arrived. Huge thanks to Mike and Theresa for going above and beyond!

Dropped off a Stihl backpack blower/mist-sprayer 2 weeks ago for a tune up. I've called three times to get an estimate on when it will be ready for pick up and had to leave messages. No one has returned calls. Two weeks seems sufficient for a repair, esp since upon drop off I informed the kid behind the counter this is a commercial use equipment, used daily.

This is the hardware store of all your needs, especially stihl garden and yard care tools. Hundreds of weed wackers hanging from ceiling. If you need parts, this is the place to go

I ordered thru the app, 5 bags of top soil. I chose curbside pick up( disabled). I followed the directions , called the number and at first I was put on hold. After a few mins. I was told they know you’re here, they will be right with you. After some time waiting .. I decided I’ve waited enough. I went in and there was one man at the register( no customers) except me. Two other men standing at a counter. Talking. Young guy in an aisle to my left, stocking shelves. I spoke first. I was told to pull around to garden Ctr, they will load my car. Young person loaded the bags. The older guy looked annoyed and a bit angry. It was not a good experience.

Has many products, but a very small Ace store! Location is great but doesn’t seam to have as many products as regular Ace stores.

I got great service here in an online order, which I picked up “same day.” Staff were friendly.
It was easy to park. Ordering and paying online was easy. Good paint selection.
