Who ever the older guy is in there is a
Life savor, the other employees was ready to charge me top dollar. He stepped in and noticed i had a warranty and got it for free. If it wasn’t for him they woulda did me dirty. I would trust the older man not the other ones.

Come in to change out my battery with warranty there was no hesitation no problems the staff was very helpful had me in and out in 15 minutes thank you Great Customer Service ??

RJ is the absolute best part about this location. Beware taking advice from auto parts employees they often don't know much and will give bad advice, but RJ actually knows his stuff and is passionate about helping people. I live just across the street and pester him all the time with my issues, He has helped with several of my break downs and I can't thank him enough. Recently he coached me through replacing my fuel injectors in my trailblazer and he is charging my battery right now as I write this review. Thanks RJ.

Very rude customer service. I always buy from them and today tried to drop 1 gallon of old oil and they won’t take it from me so i take it to oreilly that it’s 2.5 miles from my location

I needed something fixed and everywhere was charging at least $120 to do it. I went to this autozone and Aaron (sp?) helped me pick the right item (only $50) and even went as far as to take me out to my car and show me how to do it myself! Super helpful and would recommend to anyone!
