This branch interior is well designed and has friendly staff. I worked with banker, Amr Hamouda who was professional, collaborative and tech savvy. He showed me some cool features of the bank's app as well. Highly recommended!

This bank is becoming more and more inconvenient. The door is locked with a guy inside stating that they're open but not for any transactions. I've banked with Bank of America for years and the time has come to an end. I do not feel comfortable depositing the amount of cash I do through an atm while others are there around me.

Every worker in this branch is so unprofessional that you will just waste your time. They will drive you crazy for even a simple task to transfer/wire money. DO NOT USE THIS BANK/BRANCH.

Bad service! I went into this location to withdraw money today. At around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, I was told there was no teller or manager on site. So I could NOT withdraw my money. There were 4 workers there and not 1 person can assist me. What kind of banking is this? Stay closed then! ?

All of the workers at this branch are so unprofessional like they’re working at a bank in some third world country. I was there recently to deposit some cash into my account. Mann they were like we’ll be with you shortly, I was standing there for 20 min and they just kept walking back n forth without acknowledging that I’m there. I just had to walk outta there without depositing my money. Ridiculous experience.

N(otary)ightmare experience !!I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Bank of America, which left me feeling frustrated and let down. The incident revolved around a promise made by the bank to reimburse a notary fee, but unfortunately, they failed to honor their commitment.During a recent appointment to Bank of America West Chester branch, I needed few documents to be notarized. To my surprise, when I reached the bank, the bank staff responsible for notary informed me that they cannot notarize the documents and asked me to get it done through UPS and offered to reimburse the notary fees.After having my document notarized, I went back to the bank and submitted the receipt for the notary fee, following the instructions provided by the branch staff.The bank staff called Amr went through my documents and the receipt , he made me sit there for a long time and insisted to provide additional documents to verify my identity.Till then I had already provided my BofA Debit Card with PIN, my driving license, my passport and even my SSN card. It was clear that Amr did not have any clue on what exactly was needed to verify my identity and complete the reimbursement request. After waiting for an hour, I decided to leave without the reimbursement.As a customer, I expect a certain level of honesty, integrity, and accountability from the businesses I interact with. Bank of America, West Chester has failed to meet these expectations and has shown a complete disregard for their promise. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and failure to honor their commitment has left me deeply dissatisfied and considering taking my banking needs elsewhere.

I was assisted by Happy Shi. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. The estate process was long and tideous, but she made it pleasant as she was very engaging. She went out of her way to ensure that I understood everything about the process. She made me feel that my best interest was her primary concern.

Poor customer service. Waited at the desk and no one ever greeted me. I stepped outside of the building and rang the buzzer and no one responded. Not very friendly or professional.

After spending more than an hour on the phone with customer service and being bounced around to different people across the country I was not able to be helped UNTIL I went to Larry and his team at the Tylersville location. They were able to help me in no time at all, didn’t make me feel like a burden and were more than happy to assist me with my issue. Him and his team have always had me leaving feeling better than when I came in.

Just signed up for this bank. I was lucky to have been helped by Lynda, who was outstanding. She answered all of my questions before I even had to ask them, wonderful customer service!

Doesn't seem to be a traditional bank. Only one teller. People are nice but as the other reviews state- long wait times just to do a simple transaction.
