We came into Bath & Body Works with zero plans to buy anything… and then we sniffed every single candle in the store. Nichole was absolutely hilarious and started playfully making fun of us (in the best way possible). She totally got our vibe and made the whole experience so much fun.
After way too long of indecision, she somehow convinced us to try the air fresheners with the wall plugs—and honestly, we’re not even mad. She had us cracking up the entire time and somehow turned our chaos into actual purchases.
Nichole, you are a legend. Thanks for being the perfect mix of helpful, real, and ridiculously funny. We’ll be back… probably to sniff more candles.

Rude mangers..what's the point of having 3 mangers that can never answer any questions. I felt like I had to fight to get any information will never return to this location.

I was there during the big sale last weekend, and I could see how much effort the people working were putting in to make it look nice and keep stuff on the shelf! Also, Melissa? Such an amazing lady - i had a time crunch and had to come back in an hour to check out, she was able to put my few things on hold and told me if she found the other thing i was looking for she would put it with the ones i picked out. She was so sweet and kind, it was so nice to see this time of year. Because retail is hard, but during the holidays?? So much worse, but she was the best!

This store needs to do a staff sweep and get better staff because the service me and my wife received was awful we walked in and walked right back out this location always gives me bad vibes I wish my wife would stop giving them chances. Don’t work in customer service if you aren’t going to do your job

This location deserves a 0 stars I have been to this location twice now and looking at these comments I knew I wasn’t tripping when I experienced the same thing twice…my first time here the customer service was complete trash they do not even greet you but be standing around fake putting products on the shelves…today was it for me I wont ever buy anything from this location the older black woman who works here almost knocked me over trying to get passed me instead of saying excuse me thank God she didn’t touch me…this store needs better workers I’ll stick with Rookwood location where I am treated right.

Stopped in to shop their semi-annual sale & headed straight to the 75% off table. I was able to get several bottles of hand soap, lotion & shower gel. There was a decent selection to choose from. I'll be back for the next semi-annual sale in May!
