The store is clean and the staff is friendly! I always spend way too much but that is my fault😅. I spent 30 minutes smelling all the candles and different sprays.

9/16/24 @1040 : came in for a pickup order and Tricia was amazing! Top tier customer service! She was training as she gave me my order I placed 2 days ago and got a chance to show her trainee the importance of double checking orders because mine was indeed incorrect. Thank God she was on top of her game and doubled checked it for me before handing it off! Thankful!

I want to give it 1 star for real! The young nasty lady was very mean didn't smile I noticed her all Giggly and smiles with the lady of another color. This was my second encounter with this young lady, long story short she was very rude to the point I had to curse at her and I don't curse! If she only knew how much money I spend on a regular at this place. I won't be coming back to this location. But to the manager thank you for taking your time explaining it to me.

VOA Bath and Body Works is one of the nicest stores - next to Kenwood. It's always well stocked, clean and they truly have the BEST run in store pick up of any store I've been to. The staff is so incredibly kind as well. This is my go-to location.
