2 times in a row showed up for scheduled appointments and there was no technician. What's the point of scheduling appointments if they pay no attention to them. Unprofessional.

Battery Plus did their usual great job finding a hard to get battery for my car and did a quick installation in spite of the old battery being very corroded. Staff if very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to find a solution.

During vacation I had water/soap damage to my I-phone 11 Pro. I went to the Apple Store (while on vacation) and they said it was not repairable. Therefore, I purchased new I-phone. Once home, I took the "non-repairable phone" to Batteries Plus in West Chester. The friendly staff (Jeremy and Doug) quickly evaluated the phone and identified it would work. On a subsequent visit Doug provided a new battery and took the SIMS card from my husband's I-phone 6, and placed it in the "non repairable phone" and now it is working perfectly. Obviously, the Apple Store was incorrect, and Batteries Plus assisted me in getting our "non repairable phone" working with minimal expense. They were professional, kind, respectful, quick and efficient with both of my visits to the store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I needed my iPhone battery replaced and didn't want to drive the distance to an Apple store. I should have. After the new battery was installed, they then told me it wasn't an authorized Apple battery. For some, this might not be a big deal but for me it is. iPhone recognizes this and a warning is now on my phone. I am going to check to see if this voids my Apple Plus warranty.
Lesson learned… ask more questions and go the distance.
I must say the staff was very friendly!

My car battery died last night on me and left me stranded at work. My Dad helped and took my car overnight for me and took my car to batteries plus today and was in and out in 10 minutes. They even gave him a little discount since they didn’t have the battery he was after. They had all the tools and were ready for him when he got there to take the old one out and put the new one in. Beyond pleased with the service and the customer service they provided. It made this stressful event go much more smoothly than I could have hoped for! Thank you to whoever was working at the Tylersville location today!

They seem to know what they are doing . But beware of purchasing an FOB for your car . There only guaranty them for 3 months .

Batteries Plus have rescued my wife and me twice now. When my Subaru Hybrid's auxiliary battery went out, the dealership wanted to charge me $700 to fix it. I went to Batteries Plus and for $75 they replaced my battery. Then when my key fob for my wife's car stopped working, we took it to them, they fixed the internal battery connection for free! Saved us $300!
