We were traveling to West Chester Ohio and I noticed a vibration in the rear. I had my wife take our 2016 Altima in for an alignment and rebalance because I had to work. They said the rotation and rebalance would be free because we had previously bought tires there. When she brought the car back to the house, I noticed the tires were never rotated or rebalanced and she was quoted $350 to replace the rear shocks. I know they never rebalanced or rotated the tires because the rim with the giant scuff mark was still in the same location. And if they would have taken the tire off they would have saw the goose egg that was causing the vibration. With the alignment they claim they couldn’t adjust the camber on the front left for some reason. Had they done the job they said they were going to do I probably would have bought new tires from them. I’ll get tires somewhere else.

Purchased a set of tires, they had them in store the next morning. Immediately reached out and let me know, they were able to fit me in when it best fit my schedule. Great price on the tires as well! Would highly recommend!

Brought my truck in when a spark plug went out. The customer service was ok but I paid extra to have my truck taken care of and the very next day it’s driving worse than ever. Kind of stuff that makes me not trust mechanics.

I was told after I purchased tires I needed brakes, struts , shock absorbers. So I got all the work done. Later I started hearing knocking noises I was so scared I went up to see Joe but he said I don’t hear it. He never heard it the several times I was there. So I went back again june 13 but he said I can’t drive it I said can u get someone to drive it . He got a mechanic . I drove away he said you can go back he said it’s your struts. I said really I just got them he said where at I said here. So I told Joe he said bring it back tmrw I’ll put it up and look at it. I said okay . I did.. I sat in the lobby watched it go up. Ten min later it’s coming down. The guy and Joe r talking. The guy drives the car to me and said go talk to Joe . I did. So I said what’s up, his words were I don’t hear anything. I’m like r u serious? He told me yesterday it was the struts. He said no he didn’t . I froze. I’m like I’m done here. Oh my gosh I was shaking. I left the parking lot went to the other one and text my son. He said go right now to another place and get their opinion. I did! I said my car is making terrible noises and I’m afraid. He drove it came right back said it’s your struits. . I went to another place got the same answer it’s your struts. 3 people . One that works for Joe, 2 others.

On May 2 2024 on my way to Gulf Shores I had tire on my motorcycle trailer come apart on I 75 just north of Cincinnati. I was able to get off the highway and put my spare tire on. I stopped at Discount tire and the Firestone tire dealers. Neither one was able to help me out. Both said it would at least be 2hr before they could help me if at all that day. I stopped at Bob Sumerel tire and they were very busy but said they could get a tire changed right away to get me back on the road. I was back on the road in about 1/2 hr. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Could not be any happier with the service. 5 stars is not enough.

I needed new tires and wanted a specific brand. The team at Bob Sumerel-West Chester location was great. They worked with me, ordered the specific brand of tires that I wanted and had the tires installed and balanced all within a 1 day turn around.

I will NEVER TRUST Bob Sumeral with my vehicles again. After a standard transmission flush service, the service member failed to torque the drain plug to spec causing transmission fluid to leak out of our vehicle slowly. It took us several weeks to understand what was happening and to diagnose the problem. In the meantime, the vehicle's transmission fluid ran nearly dry causing irreparable damage to the transmission. After several visits with the store manager for additional flushes, he verified that the transmission would need to be replaced but denied any wrongdoing. We are now facing the cost of a full transmission replacement on our vehicle to the tune of $4,000. Extremely disappointed and strongly warn against using this shop.

I have found everyone here very helpful anytime I have gone in. Last was a stuck child car seat and the guys there were extremely kind and made sure the problem was sorted. Will be taking my business to them more often.

This is my fifth year with this place . The manager, Joe, is very wonderful in his dealings, service and everything, he is more than that. He can make any customer happy. He is truly a very wonderful person and I am very happy to deal with him. His assistant manager, Charlene, is also great in her work and works hard and energetic, as does the staff as well. I advise everyone to deal with them. Joe and Carla thank you very much

Just needed tire pressure checked. They were very busy but one of the guys saw me driving around and waved me over to take care of me!
