Well my boyfriend went in to get a check cashed. Waited 20 mins. The lady comes back and throws the check at him and says she can't help him. He went to a different chase . The lady there was super nice and guess what? Cashed the check. Hopefully this branch gets repermended.

Amy was working the front desk and was supposed to notarize a document for me. She was very rude and not helpful in completing the form. As I walked away she turned toward the other employee and said I have done 60 notaries. She clearly was too lazy to do her job.

I just went to check on my account and the lady at the counter started. Getting really frustrated and upset with me and I asked her why she is mad .. she says i'm not mad I just have botox in my face.. Truly the craziest experience I've ever had at a bank.

I booked my appointment at this branch 10days in advance. Our appointment was at 11am and we arrived at 10:50am, by the time we arrive she’s assisting another customer and told us it will take 5-10minutes. But we waited for 40minutes but nobody assisted us. We have other plans so we just walked out and no body seemed to care.

I just wasted my gas driving around Chase branches trying to get a notary. Branches don't take phone calls anymore calls go straight to corporate.

I feel people reviewing a bank are complaining about fees that are 9/10 times their fault. Regardless, I've always been treated fine here and the people are nice. Can't speak to the appointments or other services outside of checking/savings.

I wish I could give a lower score to match the intelligence of managers at this location. Will not be banking any longer with JP Morgan. Absolutely horrible management/customer service. Its astonishing people of such caliber make it to management positions lol. Move your money into crypto away from these parasites.

We’re not even members here yet and we’ve had a horrible experience… twice now me and my fiancé have made an appointment to open a joint account and both times on the day of the appointment the bank has called and canceled due to the person not coming in… so if you need to meet with someone I suggest going to a branch that actually has their employees show up like we’re going to now.

I have not really had an issues with a bank, they have just been there, which is great. I needed them however, because of a scam that took me for some money. The item was coming from oversees so if was a while until I realized the item was not coming. Apparently since it was over 120 days, they can't do anything. So I guess they don't really offer much fraud protection. Kinda sucks, that I needed them and they didn't come through. I did get a cash advanced fee removed once though, so I guess it kinda evens out.

Bank lobby is never open. Must use the drive through and the wait is 20+ minutes.

Went to deposit my check in the atm as usual only this time when my funds werent available.. I went inside to ask about my account and the first woman i spoke to was very hard to understand, (bad english).. I was treated incredibly rude by all members of staff there.. I wanted answers to questions on my account, specifically why i can't have access to my own money and they couldnt give me answers.. The teller offered to give me the phone number to the atm company, lol!! I was extremely upset at this and with the service there as a whole.. The manager of the bank offered me no help, she was extremely rude and told me to never come back to there. So i deposited my check, left with no money, no explaination, no help.. And im a father that has bills to pay, mouths to feed.. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.. Its been over 24hrs and my check still hasnt been made available to me and everytime i call any number associated with Chase bank of course, its a machine! Again i wouldn't recommend this place too anyone! Terrible experience with Chase bank.
