The tellers are great and the service has been fantastic but the fact that the ATM never works and is always out of order is unacceptable. I can’t always make it to the bank during business hours, this is a huge inconvenience.

I have no issues with the tellers at this location, they are great. However this branch ATM machine outside is constantly out of order and it is getting ridiculous. Chase needs to replace it.

Have to drop a 5 star rating here for some great customer service by Tyler Smith at this location. Went to open an account and their computer system had an error right as we were finishing. He stayed late to ensure my accounts could be open! Appreciate it!

Very clean and open. It was my first time in a Chase bank and I wasn't sure where the tellers were located. I walked around a bit and found them at the back of the building by the drive through. In the lobby, veer left and back. I'm not sure if I missed signage but it wasn't apparent to me where to go.

I would never recommend Chase Bank to anyone just based on my experience with this branch in particular. Not only do they never answer their phone, but when going into the branch the tellers always have an issue. Overall vibe is that you're inconveniencing them.

I'm a Chase member and had a scheduled appt with Aaron at 230 pm today for a medallion signature. I waited 30 minutes! He never came out of his office. Another employee saw me still sitting in the waiting area and went over to Aaron who said I could contine to wait because I'm not a member. Well I might close my accounts now with that attitude. Furious.

I wired funds incoming and outgoing for a couple home sales on 6/07/2022. I was told I would not have fees on incoming wire due to my military premier plus checking. Also online it says "No Chase fee on incoming or outgoing wire transfers". I looked later and noticed they snuck 2 wire fees in anyways ($35 & $15). I came back in and told a teller and what seemed like a manager. They were super busy but said they would take a look later. Nothing was ever refunded.

I went for notary and was told they were all booked up. They didn't want to help at all. I know notary only takes less than 5 minutes but they still don't want to do it. I am a chase personal and business custom, they are pushing me away. I probably will choose the bank that helped me, which is 5/3 bank next to it.

This branch never answers their phone. They also always have some limitation on change for businesses when other branches don't.
