Went for lunch today and this place is an absolute mess. There is only 2 people actually working… the other three are too busy hangin in the office. I watched people walk past the gloves and receipts on the floor at least 5 times. Not a single clean table available, no utensils, didn’t have chips or the custom chipotle lemonades, trash completely full… Just wow.The girl that made my food was great though.

I seriously cannot believe this place is still open ..Aside from a crowd of people loitering and draining the ice and drinks ...The place was filthy ..Some ofvthe foods were definitelysitting a while ..Food was all over the tables, that looked like it was sitting for hours ..We cleaned it with wipes and it was stuck to the table.. Food was all over the floor ..Workers were handling food without gloves ..I am only giving a one star because I can't give anything less..This is the most unclean restaurant in the entire area ..I have no doubt people have gotten sick eating here .

Terrible experience. I only had 5 guests in front of me, and it took 20 minutes to get a bowl. The chicken was so salty it was barely edible. After I got my bowl, I was in such a hurry, that I forgot my tea, and barely had enough time to eat my dinner before work.

Waited waited 35 minutes for a burrito I placed on thru the app. Absolutely ridiculous.

I live near this Chipotle and almost gave up on it because of very poor service and very often being out of key food ingredients. However, the staff is improving lately and is much more helpful & friendly now. Also, they are doing much better with having key ingredients. Keep up the improvement!

Terrible Management and majority team members. I was in for dinner and most of the team members except for one employee had 0 professionalism and made it a very unwelcoming environment. The manager kept cursing and expressing how much she wants to leave and yells at customers for mistakes her own team members made. There were also people without chipotle employee clothing walking in and out of the kitchen and were not prepping any extra ingredients even though they were low on rice, chicken, guac, and lettuce. I have never experienced such bad service from any establishment and action needs to be taken upon these managers and team members.

HORRIBLE!!! I spent $26 on a bowl and some queso. I get home about 7 minutes later and the chicken was ICE COLD. I called and talked to a woman, who wouldn't provide her name, and said the temp now is 180 degrees. but it's an hour later when I called. She wanted me to drive back to have it remade. I've worked a 12 hour day and am home wanting to enjoy dinner. I'm not going back out. She called me a liar and actually said "fu** you" to me when I said that I should be given a credit order because of my issues. When I was there, the blonde girl was complaining that they had no help today, they were out of a ton of things that people get a lot. She said it's because they had staff issues today because of the snow and they couldn't make all of the food and said they were told not to. I didn't expect my chicken to be ICE COLD when I got home to eat it. And now I'm just out $26 ??? What kind of business operates this way??? I am in the customer service world and I credit hundreds, and sometimes a lot more, if a customer has an issue. I NEVER make excuses and I would never think of cussing someone out if they had a bad experience. That's just ridiculous.This place is just horrible. They basically STOLE from me and said, "fu** you" we don't care. What kind of service is this??? I will be calling corporate Monday morning. I think it was the older woman working the register that answered the phone but I could be wrong. They were also out of forks and napkins as well. it's like they just didn't care. What can be done???

Despicably ghetto. I hate to say it but wow! Never have anything in stock, the employees are telling you what you can and can't have. Crushed lids, dirty counters, a bunch of teenagers hanging around just charging their phones... a true nightmare!!!

Online order that they had ready 20 minutes after my time to originally pick it up. Asked what the holdup was, and was told they were working on it. At least 40 people went through the line in the time I stood there waiting on my order. Poor customer service. Only good part was the food was fairly hot.

1/4/24 around 3 The black guy with Ear gauges who rung me out was cool and very polite I can't same the same for the short fat black girl who was making my bowl her attitude was absolutely disgusting from the time I walked in until I left she doesn't need to deal with the public she seems miserable the food was delicious and they forgot to give me my receipt but its okay:)
