I returned all modems and routers when I cancelled service that failed miserably at living up to speed promised. I received 20% of what they promised Then two weeks later they sent me a bill for the modems. I gave a 2 instead of a 1 because the Wi-Fi did work

Great customer service.Although the Google search said this store was permanently closed, I assure you it is not. Went into the store to show my ID so I could get $5 off my bill for being a Veteran… did not know this was a thing, I suggest you do the same if you are a Veteran.
