Having just moved into the West Chester area, I have needed to transfer all my prescriptions from a previous pharmacy, and that is rarely an easy undertaking. While dealing with a prescription that was troublesome, a very nice young lady in the pharmacy went above and beyond to ensure that I would have my much needed prescription as soon as possible. It took several phone calls, and probably a good bit of patience, but she got it done, and all the while being courteous and bearing a smile on her face. I wish I knew her name, and could tell it here, because she definitely made my dealing with a new pharmacy a very pleasant experience.

Who ever the mail pharmacist is here at this pharmacy... He needs an attitude adjustment. Very rude and has a condescending tone when speaking. Not exactly a professional way to be.

They are very friendly, but they never have the medication your Dr orders for you and I have been waiting over a month for an Rx. Now they are telling me that they will never get the common medication in for me and to find another pharmacy.

On the CVS app, the address 7217 CINCINNATI-DAYTON ROAD, CORNER OF HAMILTON-MASON ROAD is the only place that has rabies vaccine and I made an appointment for 02/17/2025 but when I arrived and waited for a long time, they said they didn't have that vaccine and told me to find another place. CVS is really irresponsible and ridiculous, wasting customers' time. The staff is not friendly, their faces look like it's the customer's fault and they don't know how to apologize, or give solutions like make an appointment next time or they will contact me when the vaccine is available, they don't have any professional qualifications but still go to work, unprofessional

CVS's are getting ridiculous however, this one is getting to the bottom. Always an extreme wait. 8 cars in drive thru. I go inside and they are standing around talking and finally move ONE car! Waited in line for 10 minutes and did not move one car.They are not understaffed, they just never seem to be worried about people's time. I will be switching pharmacies. It has gotten absolutely ridiculous and their corporate office needs to start doing something about this. 1 person does not matter , I know this however, people boycotting may start to change this.

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever interacted with. Will not take back Amazon returns because they 'are to large for our shelfs'. Not my problem. Also extremely short and rude on the phone when calling in as well to ask general questions. I will not be visiting this establishment again. Thanks for nothing. Literally two terrible interactions with in 4 days....

Called in regard to medication for wife. Staff completely rude and abrasive and then put on hold for over 45 mins.
Moving medication out of this place. Such a shameful display.

This CVS is a chaotic mess!! Their phone system is awful if you just have a question for the pharmacist. Today I encountered a very rude employee. Some of the staff are very friendly, mostly the young ones and the actual pharmacists. I’ve been filling my Rx’s for over 20 years but it’s time for a change. The rude lady today was the last straw, and too many times I’ve had to wait way too long, sometimes days to fill a Rx.
