I shop the Dollar tree in Mason, Ohio and it's the best Dollar tree there is. My friends call me all the time asking me when I'm going to this location so I can do some shopping for them. I am constantly amazed at the high quality items I find for one dollar and twenty five cents. Last night I bought a large pizza cutter and it's the best one I've ever used and I've used lots of them for my pizza loving family. At my young age of 61, I've had lots of experience trying different products at tons of different stores and no one comes close to beating Dollar trees prices.I find the cutest birthday cards there with tons of choices to choose from. 😊 I am addicted to their version of cheddar cheese crackers. They are way better than the original cheez its which have gotten so overpriced. I get herbs there also. My favorite one is their chives.They have tons of different sized gift bags and they are good quality. Their helium balloons are phenomenal. My husband's birthday balloons are still floating from March 15th. Today's date is June 12th. So they've been floating for 3 months now. That's a record for me! My sugar jar from Amazon broke and I found the same one at Dollar tree for a $1.25. I paid 10 times that for my one that broke. I also find really nice photo frames there and a ton of other things. I totally vouch for Dollar tree's products. The customer service has always been awesome!,They have the nicest employees I've ever met. They close at 10 pm and I've walked through their door at 957 pm a few times and they have never rushed me out. Even if it's 10:10 pm! That never happens any where else. Other stores practically throw me out the door when it's closing time. I ❤️ Dollar tree!!!! You need to try it out. You won't regret it.

I was just inside the West Chester Dollar Tree shopping. The cashier said she is here helping at this location on her day off. The utter disrespect this lady is getting from an employee, stocker it seems to be her title. Someone, (manger/district manager) needs to look into this claim. I advised the cashier to let the manager at her normal location know how staff is here and in front of customers I will add. Or to reach out to the manager of the store, whom is off today (6/12) and let her know the negative atmosphere her staff is giving her store.

It's a fine location. Some shelves were pretty empty. The employee was nice enough. The aisles in the store were clean and well-lit.

This place is a disaster, hard to find items and the manager just walks around and points to where things should be. This place needs a major cleanup on all isles

Management watches customers through the video/mirror surveillance system and continually commenting on customers behavior. For example, I moved the cart aside from the middle of the aisle so that my 91-year-old mother could get by, and was told over the loudspeaker that that was not allowed. The cart was in the middle of the aisle way presented a safety/fire hazard. Another customer was told over the loudspeaker that they should put the product back on the shelf that they were considering where they found it as their employees don't have the time to take and to rearrange things that are moved.. in the 15 minutes that I was in the store over six comments were made.. I had a cart full of merchandise, which I ended up not buying combat as I was appalled by the behavior of the management.

Went to the dollar store to look for a few items. While I was there, a mother was shopping with her young child that was making loud noises but was not hurting anyone. One of the employees started screaming across the store asking for him to stop being loud. The employee then walked up to the mother and shamed her for allowing her child for making the loud noises. The mother turns to the employee to let her know that her son has autism and could not control the situation. The employee continued to shame the mother telling her that she needs to control her son. I will not be going back to this store this as this was poor service and very in appropriate. I dropped all my items and left without purchasing anything.

Shopping was fine but the young cashier was very rude. No greeting no thank you just rang me up and handed me my receipt. Terrible customer service!
