A big shout out to Megan! She helped me through a very trying situation. She was kind and supportive. She actually made me feel so much better by the time I left. The arrangement was really nice. I look forward to giving it to the family.

I made an order for valentine’s day for a bouquet, some chocolate covered strawberries & cheesecake bites… this arrangement was delivered to someone’s work place. Once i got feedback from the recipient, she was very grateful but when she sent me the picture of how this arrangement was handed over & done, i was appalled. I called the day before to try to give a time estimate, knowing their policies, i understand i couldn’t schedule a set time but i emphasized this could be a later in the day delivery. I said 3pm onward till their last delivery slot would be fine. They delivered it at 11am.. ok Fine. Maybe the arrangement was fresher made since it’d be an earlier delivery.. WRONG. The flowers were hours away from being dead, the strawberries were soggy & overall, the arrangement looked SAD & DEPRESSED. There were 4-5 FLOWERS, the rest were filler plants.. I paid $130 for something to look like it had been sitting out for days before delivery. Yes, Valentine’s day is busy, i have patience & i try to understand but have some pride in the work you do? all i ask is for effort, im willing to forgive the workers for this if i had felt like they were even trying, but they weren’t. They don’t care about you, they care that they charge you what they charge you & that gives them the right to deliver & create these gifts with a fraction of their concern. i’m never doing business with this company again, much less this location. i tried to look on the bright side but im angered by my experience. Support small creators & business owners who will put pride in every order.

My package arrived yesterday and I was very disappointed, the fruit that I paid 80.00 for wasn't ripe ,the strawberries were hard and not sweet. I dont think ill be buying this this again.

Stop by Sunday morning 12/17/2023 at 9am because their web site says hours are from 8am-1pm. But on the door of the store it says it's for pick up only. WTH!!!!!! I drove a while just be fine out the hours are only for pick up. Why don't the website mention this? If I would have seen this on the website, I would have not have came this far for no reason.

This place sucks. We ordered an arrangement for a dear friend who lost her mother and was home alone for the 1st day yesterday. Paid the additional fee to have it delivered within an hour... Nope delivered today. Called the store and they had no idea "why the tickets were switched" and that's all the information they could provide. We did get a refund for the additional cost but that doesn't fix the fact they dropped the ball. Don't provide a service if you can't deliver. We will never order from this location again.

The customer service is amazing! I had a certain arrangement in mind but I didn’t see it on the website, so I called and Amber was more than happy to help me, accommodate me, and stay on the phone with me throughout the whole process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and it made me feel more at ease. Thank you so much for all of your help, Amber!

Update: changed from 1 to 4 star. They showed up 9 days after the original date. Mom said they were delicious, cool and fresh ......West Chester Ohio is a scam. Never got order. Promised 3 different days. Had to call corporate on the 4th day cause they quit answering their phone and wouldn't return my 2 voicemails.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Made an order on April 14th for the 13th May the day before Mothers Day well it never showed up that day nor did I hear anything about it. Then 14th May no deliver and no call on what's going on or why it was delivered. 15th May same thing reach out to corporate and they weren't no help either. Then on 16th May I finally here from the store and it's now on the way 3 almost 4 days later. No thank refund me my money. This was the first order I've ever made from this company and for sure will be the very last order ever. From the corporate to the actual store its self is pathetic.

INEDIBLE Arrangements! The strawberries were nowhere ready to be eaten let alone sold as a high end edible platter. Chocolate covered caramel heart replaced with a chocolate chip cookie that was horrible. Never again!

I didn’t get my order. When the guy came he handed me a completely different order I showed him what I ordered and was told he’d go get the correct item. The guy never came back he put up a picture of the incorrect item and it posted as delivered this was the worst experience I’ve had with a store. I ordered one for somebody in Paterson New Jersey and that one arrived in tact and the items were correct so I’d like to know the difference between there and here.

My original box of Chocolate Covered Strawberries were not good. The strawberries were??????. I contacted the store and they delivered another box that were wonderful.

I called in to see if something could be delivered before 1 (within two hours less than a mile away) if not I would have had it sent to a different address and they would not tell me if I should send to work or to the house. It’s the weekend and I’m not going to have something edible delivered if it ended up being delivered after 1. They lady on the phone was very rude and could care less if they got the order/business or not. I will never try to order through this company again.

Purchased a carry-out order online to be picked up at this location. Called multiple times when we got there and kept getting automatically being put on hold. After ten minutes passed, I walked in, and had to ring the bell to get help. When I mentioned I'd been waiting outside and called, the girl said she probably just never heard the phone, without apology.As I was waiting for her to collect my order, I noticed OPEN no-label pills laying right on the counter (see attached photo!!), lotion bottles and tons of other personal items. Pretty gross. And so dangerous!The fruit basket was disgusting, missing fruit it was supposed to have, and most of it had to be tossed! I paid nearly $100 for this inconvenient "gift".. going to the store would have been a better idea and cheaper!Contacted customer service today from my order online and never heard back. Honestly, wouldn't go to this store again.UPDATE :: Was asked to email listed below - I did so and have heard back from NO ONE. I've emailed three times!
