Car smelled and it was nauseating the entire weekend. How the staff could allow the car to be rented in that condition was beyond me. Obvious smell of bad weed from previous renters Couldn’t have other people ride with us with windows down in mid December in Ohio and the stench. Renting agent was kind and polite at the time of rental. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to return the car or refuse the car in that condition when we picked up and hoped it would air out but too strong of smell. Practically contact high. Returning we were offered a discount or upgrade, but spent a lot of money right before Christmas for that car was unacceptable.

Constantly allow booking through their website and never have any cars when it comes to it. Received a rude call in the morning and no follow up.

I've been renting at this location for a while now. They are always willing to work with me and complete the rental with no hassle. The vehicles they have are average, but the people are great.

I asked for a discount since I rented an EV from them that was basically empty on the fuel tank, returned it with 200 miles of range left, which they would not give me, then they called me thinking I stole the EVSE, but it was in the frunk and they didn't even check .

I also had the same experience as Brandi where we reserved a car 2 months in advance just to be told they didn’t have a car. They directed us to another enterprise and said they closed at 2PM. I asked if that is true since Google said 12PM but the man reassured us it was closed at 2PM. When we got there, it was actually closed at 12PM so it was really frustrating going on this goose chase, especially when we’re out of town and needed to bother a friend to drive us all around to enterprise to find a car.

They take reservations for cars that are not available. We called several times to confirm and ask questions. The day of our trip they did not have the car and could not tell us when they would have one. Then we called the main Enterprise number who told us they had one at another location and sent us a confirmation. When we got there they also did not have a car. We booked this weeks in advance and were without a car the day we were supposed to leave on vacation. They simply don't care and do nothing to help you.

This location continues to struggle. I’ve consistently rented here as I travel for work quite frequently. This morning I had a rental scheduled for 8am. I was called and asked if I could push back my rental to 10am. I obliged and proceeded to come in at 10. I then had to wait an hour and a half for my car to be “cleaned”. I understand it’s a busy time of year but as a regular renter and Executive Elite member at National it is getting ridiculous with how poor the service is at this location.

The general manager offered one of the best customer service experiences. She was very knowledgeable and amicable. She treated my husband and I like royalty. Although she was finishing up with another customer, she acknowledged us right away and let us know she'd be with us. While working with us she acted as if we were the only people in the room. She gave us some really good choices and even provided explanations of what would fit our need the best. I've rented from this location before and will definitely do so again. Thank you.
