Michael provided exceptional service at Enterprise Car Rental. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my rental. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this location for future rentals!

Was in an accident and had my car repaired next door but got a rental from this place. When I returned the car they told me that I was a day late and that I would have to pay for the difference but the man that helped me with the whole situation said he can work something out and would get me my 50 bucks back. Two weeks later I've not had any money sent back to me so I called and the guy I talked to didn't seem to care about the situation and didn't help me get my 50 dollars and would only give me 9 dollars because I was late in returning the rental. The customer service for this place is not okay, when I did drop the rental off and walked in all the workers were playing video games at the back desk, I don't think thats professional at all. If the return of money only takes 3 to 4 business days and I have been waiting for over two weeks now. This just shows that the workers in that place didn't care to help me with my money or even work on giving my money back, all they seemed to care about is getting back to playing video games and not doing there job. I would not recommend this place to anyone that needs a rental

We are Platinum members of Enterprise and rented a full sized pick up truck for our week long vacation. The night before we were to pick up the truck we received a call to confirm the reservation. I realize that Enterprise is unable to guarantee a specific vehicle. However, if I reserve a specific TYPE of vehicle and the you call to CONFIRM MY RESERVATION, I somehow expect the vehicle I have reserved will be available at the time I am to pick it up. We arrived at Enterprise just before 9 am (our scheduled time) and were told they did not have a full sized pickup for us because the last renter decided to keep it for another day. Seems the person who took that call should have updated the system to note that our reserved vehicle would need to be replaced for a like vehicle. Instead, we were offered a Nissan Frontier for no discount. On what planet is this customer service? After explaining to the young man that this smaller vehicle would not work, we asked him to check another location. He reached out to Union Center and found a full sized pickup. Two of the employees ran to get the vehicle. 45 minutes later they returned. The other store is 7 miles away. And the vehicle had not been cleaned. So they spent 15 minutes doing something, but the vehicle wasnât clean even when they gave it to us at 9:53 am, almost an hour after our confirmed reservation. Lastly, the man helping us said the oil light to change the oil was on and he âneeded to make sure the oil had been changedâ. He came back and said he confirmed it had been changed, but the sticker on the inside of the windshield indicated the truck was past due for an oil change. At this point we were done and just took the vehicle and left thanking our lucky stars we had made it out of there at all. Two stars for the fact that we actually got a vehicle and made it back to turn it back in.

They need to hire someone just to answer the phone. My 1st experience, the rental had to have emergency repair as I'm driving to Tampa. Thank God I made it to the Enterprise Tampa's airport to switch cars. 2nd they forgot to pick me up at 12pm to recieve the rental for my trip and 3rd nobody picked up the phone just so I can verify my rental. I would go elsewhere but this is close to home ?ââď¸

I scheduled an appointment to get a car after I had an accident and they put that I scheduled the appointment the same date and I was in the accident and time I was in the emergency room for my rental car pickup. Even if that was the case no one called to confirm why I didnât I pick up on my âsupposedlyâ scheduled pick up time. When I arrived for my car the actual date I scheduled there was no car available anymore.They just added more stress during an already stressful time, I would not recommend coming here.

The car was great. Very clean and nice. I got in and out of the door quickly on the day I picked up the car. The 5-star rating is primarily about the customer service I received at the Cincinnati-Columbus Road Enterprise location, which has made our family loyal Enterprise fans. We were lucky to work with Darrell, who provided us with warm, caring, efficient service from the minute we walked in, and throughout our rental car experience, which ended up being 162 days. We needed the rental car for almost six months following a traumatic accident my daughter was in, in which she was hit by a semi. The customer service we received at Enterprise on Cin-Columbus Road made a real difference - it provided a very positive, upbeat experience at a time when it was truly needed. At one point during this long-term rental, a situation arose when I was out of town. I needed help obtaining details about the car, and I needed the info NOW. I reached out to Enterprise and fortunately got Darrell on the phone. He understood the urgency and did everything in his power to help me. It involved a lot of steps on his end but he jumped in - just took care of business. I was truly amazed and moved by his level of commitment and care in helping out a total stranger who was in a tight spot. He helped me out the way youâd help out a friend. Above and beyond. We received the type of service that has made us loyal to Enterprise. Of course theyâll be our go-to car rental business moving forward. Thank you, Darrell!
