Estes shipping was scheduled to deliver a 620 pound pizza oven to my residence in Ohio. I was in my home at the time and saw the delivery truck out in front of my home and was going outside to tell the driver where I would like it delivered on my property. As I was walking outside, I could see the 4 x 4 x 4 box left near the roadway by my mailbox. I was about 30 yards away from him and I was yelling quite loudly please stop! please stop !please stop! yelling and he still continued to walk to his truck. I ran to the side of the truck and he started pulling away. I was pounding on the side of the truck running next to it, begging him to stop so we could put this extremely heavy delivery near my garage not on the street. He ignored me and I am positive that he saw me in his side mirror. It would be impossible not to. We then called customer service and they were of no help to us. We asked them to contact the driver and have them come back out to move the parcel on our property where we would’ve been able to assemble. They never returned our call and never followed up. Avoid this company at all cost. It was a terrible experience.

Scheduled a pickup, driver was 2 hours late. Nice guy, easy transaction. Dispatch needs to get their stuff together.

I can’t speak highly enough about Estes and their incredible customer service. After another logistics company dropped the ball and failed to deliver a critical pallet of goods—then they pawned this delivery off on Estes—I was left completely in the dark. Thankfully, I got in touch with Constance at Estes, who immediately responded to my email. She tracked down the shipping manager, and together they turned things around the very same day. Estes went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Hats off to the team—this is how logistics should be done.

I wanted to shoutout Ms.Connie that helped me with my expected delivery over phone. Ms. Connie is extra kind, professional and she really handled the phone call with care. The experience was exceptional and I’m waiting for my delivery tomorrow! Thank you for all your help Ms.Connie!

Consistently LONG shipping times. Customer service representatives seem to be out of the loop when it comes to helping you track down your order.
Had a delivery from St. Louis to Cincinnati with a 1-day transit time which was unloaded and loaded at 3 separate facilities before being handed off to the carrier for the final delivery. ??? Um, I thought that Estes WAS the carrier. Who has my shipment?
Good to know that the money I paid for shipping goes to contract these lazy LTL carriers, must have been the lowest bidder available because if I owned a warehouse I would search far and wide to find a different freight carrier (wouldn’t be that hard), or one would think your dissatisfied customers might just stop ordering from you if they kept having to deal with Estes.
Never once was I contacted with an estimated delivery date even though I had to be the one to reach out to them twice at this point.
The delivery has apparently been split into multiple shipments because last week part of our order showed up on an Enterprise Rent-A-Truck. Seriously?!
Let’s hope whoever the hell you pay to get my shipment the last 30 miles cares about my items arriving undamaged as much as I care about not having wasted my money.
Wishful thinking.
Note: I DID NOT HIRE ESTES, NOR DID I HAVE ANY CHOICE IN THEM BEING CONTRACTED TO DELIVER TO ME. THIS WAS THE CARRIER OF CHOICE FOR THE WHOLESALER WE CHOSE TO ORDER FROM.
But for my money? I wish I had a choice- and it wouldn’t have been Estes.

Surprise....Surprise.. still waiting for my one pallet to be delivered. Poor reviews are correct.My one pallet has been sitting in West Chester since 4/3/2023. Reach out to customer care, it gets deflected.. "This is at our home delivery facility. They will reach out within 24/48 hours"umm.. no they won't.Still nothing.... I reach out and basically ask to delivery today because I fear it's going to sit there for weeks.. and it's looking that way. No response after I ask what happens if they don't deliver within that time frame.I will never again order from Lowes since they like to use the cheapest and worst carrier. Thanks for delaying my house project and adding to your amazing reputation. Glad I spent a bunch of money for my floor tiles to sit 25 mins away from my house. I'm at the mercy of a horrible LTL carrier... Yayyyyyyy... it will be 2024 before I receive my item.Man, I can only imagine trying to get a refund if this item is incorrect. Good Lord. Just surprising how businesses like this are still in business. Wow..Joke..Update.. Thursday 4/6/2023I chatted with delivery driver. He worked for a completely carrier. Long story short they are double broking their loads. This is why they have a hard time tracking down items.Wow
