Employee lied saying there was a $10 minimum for card transactions when I was here a week ago and spend $3.50 on my card. No need to lie to get some extra commissions. Also need to update your hours.

Went inside to get a drink from their cooler. I was told there is a 10 dollar minimum to use a card. I told them all I needed was a drink. The lady explained that it cost 75 cents per transaction to use a card that’s why they have a limit. As I was walking out the lady changed her mind and said I could get one. I was already frustrated so I walked out. The staff was nice. 10 dollar minimum for a card is a little ridiculous though. Do better.

Extremely terrible experience zero help, zero hospitality and the owner was extremely rude I felt like I was being rushed out the door how is this place still open. I was treated horribly no wonder there’s no customer. The owner must be in debt the way she refuses customer to shop. I’ll be shopping for vitamins elsewhere.GNC really downgraded by letting a someone that’s a bigot and mistreats people have a store

Visited this store 4/1 to make a purchase. Upon arrival there was a giant sign on the door "MASK REQUIRED REGURDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS". That should have been my first clue to RUN away from that place! Once inside with my mask on I see a woman sitting behind the register without a mask on. Was not offered any help with anything. I grabbed a couple products and took them to the counter and they rang up a different price than advertised on the GNC website. I wasn't sure what the price was in store because there was no sigh! I told the woman behind the counter that's not the correct price they are supposed to be $9.99 and bogo half off. I was told she can change the price but wouldn't be able to get the additional bogo discount. I am not sure if the woman behind the counter was even a GNC employee or not because she had no name tag, no uniform and looked like a hippie not a GNC sales clerk. This store definitely seemed super sketchy with pricing practice and staff. I would highly recommend another location that appreciates business.

Terrible experience, the owner is very rude and doesn't care of business. I spent 1000s on supplements, I will be taking my business else where. As a business owner I doubt this location will be open for much longer.

On the smaller side, but has all the typical GNC stuff you need. They looked to be low on snacks (bars, protein chips, etc.), but with all the stores closing, maybe they are next? The staff was friendly.

It's Monday 7:15pm they supposed to closed at 8pm. They closed early. There is no post Labor Day closed. I'm get upsetting because I'm gonna miss sale. Will have make a call and complain on gnc local West Chester.... they closed early which I missed have a sale. Not fair!
