Received no notification of plans to deactivate my account. Said they sent me an email that I never received. Very difficult to speak to anyone in charge. Instead you talk with the answering service who just reads notes. No customer service and horrible problem resolution.

Scott is awesome. I had so many questions and he had an answer for everything!

Customer of 4 years, when cancelling the service due to high rates and fees they will add additional fees even after being with them the length of the contract. Will never do business with them again and would advise others to go elsewhere as well.
