Ikea restaurant was pretty nice. Have some good premade menu meals/dishes but can hand pick items yourself. The quantity & size can be ehh, doesn't really fit the price so perhaps a bit overpriced. Can get more quantity & quality for the same amount. It can be a bit confusing on where to enter from since once you finish exploring , you get the option to eat or go downstairs, but the entrance to get in line would be across by the beverage machine. Some nice sitting area across the large windows that overlook the parking lot & more sitting near the register after paying.

Made my first trip to IKEA today. When you're enjoying the vast selection of European minimalistic design, you can work up an appetite. The meatballs are infamous so I had to try them. They were decent. I'm a meatball nut, go crazy for a protein ball. I think they'd suck without the gravy. The sweet sauce is interesting. Mashed potatoes are pretty good and taste like good instant ones. Peas taste like peas. Basically a Swedish frozen hungry man dinner. The garlic toast tasted like bomb frozen texas toast. Service is cafeteria style. They moved quickly. The food is fine, not worth the hype. Will never want again.

Love IKEA, doesn't everyone? I of course had to get the Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes extra gravy. Yum. Bf got them too and liked his. The store is like a huge maze but thank goodness there is an arrow to help guide you. I never get out of here without at least buying something. Nice staff when you see one. It would be nice if there were a few throughout the store to help with questions. Of course I am coming back. I might have missed something.

Kevin in customer service needs to be FIRED immediately. One of the most rude people I have ever met. My husband and I needed a spare part and Kevin had the most horrible attitude and wouldn’t help us at all. We eventually figured out we could order a spare part from a different store (something my husband though of… NOT Kevin). I called a week later because we didn’t get any sort of confirmation or tracking number. They couldn’t find our case and Kevin straight up told us it wasn’t coming anymore and to just call the other store. FIRE THIS GUY IKEA.

The Ikea Restaurant in West Chester Township exceeded my expectations during my first visit. The cleanliness and self-service system were impressive. I opted for the Swedish meatball meal, and the delicious texture and flavor of the meatballs delighted me. They cooked the green beans to a tender texture and gave them a fresh taste, while they perfected the mashed potatoes.. The lingonberry sauce stood out as the highlight of the meal. The staff were friendly and provided helpful suggestions, reminiscent of a university cafeteria. Overall, dining at Ikea's restaurant was a pleasant surprise with its clean environment, tasty food, and attentive staff.

Flimsy furniture. Walked out without buying anything. Good thing I did after seeing at the exit a bunch of papers tapped to the window listing all the recalls . Overpriced flimsy furniture!

Love IKEA. At one time my apartment then house was furnished with half hand me downs and half IKEA. I still have a few items that are over 20yrs old, so they have lasted longer then my first marriage, divorce paper stated I get the IKEA poang & display case. Stopped in this time for some chocolate, ginger snaps, and a bag of frozen meatballs.Looks like if you visit during a weekday, you have the place almost to yourself.

Can’t find there hours on FB site. When calling and pressing 2 you get transferred to the store. No one ever answered. Need a better system. Total waste of time.

I have 11 reward certificates from Ikea credit card to use, and just spent 1h30 on the phone trying to find someone to help me as they do not work. No-one is helping. I am bounced from one department to the other, they check my whole list of details every tine to just conclude they need to transfer me. No solution. Here is the best part: This is to finalize an order that I have started mid January that I have had to do in 7 different orders because there are always components missing!!!!!!! And of course I had to pay for delivery each single time even if it is for the same project. I did not know it was possible to have such a terrible customer experience for the amount of money we spend at IKEA. It would drive people absolutely crazy, the amount of time we waste on such cheap processes and customer support departments. If only I knew …. I would not have started this project with Ikea. I do not recommend their Comenity credit card either as that just made my life even more miserable with those certificate that do not work.

If you like shopping at a warehouse you are set. It's hard to get help. No workers on the floor to answer any questions. The return department was good. It is a lot of walking. Checkout was ok. Not enough employees to run registers. Spent 2 hours there and it was not the ones I would like to repeat.

I feel like “cafeteria” would be a better term for this place. It’s very utilitarian in it’s execution which I’m sure saves money. You pick up your food and then bus your table. The food is great but I’d appreciate more character since the products they sell are so creative.

Our kitchen is Ikea so we are very familiar with their store. We used to love to come here, and came here often, but we never will again. Our visit Sunday was a complete disappointment. They raised the prices by $3 per meal, cut the portions by half, changed to disposable plates and cups, and nothing was available - coffee, tea, soda. Nothing. What they are trying to pass off as a restaurant is pitiful.

Very disappointed in this place! This place isn't the same. The workers don't seem all that happy anymore. Some are not people friendly at all. I go and try and find a cart and some lady says this section is for coworkers only. I needed a cart and I didn't see any. I told her I was looking for a cart and where the sign was stating that. She didn't give me an answer. I turned around and just ignored her and then I asked another worker if I could cut through so I didn't have to walk all the way around. She was nice about it. Cashier was meh. I can't tell she wasn't thrilled to be there. Store is even more confusing to navigate due to COVID. I'll just order online if I need anything else from them.

It's been years since I've shopped at IKEA. Maybe 8 years ago? I bought only household items. Quality and at a reasonable price. I can't complain. Now that my Mr. and I became new home owners, we thought we would shop in their furniture section. I love the layout of the showroom (upstairs). It gives you great ideas on how you want to decorate your place. If you see an item that you like, take a picture of the number on the bottom and it will tell you what aisle and shelf when you pick it up downstairs. There was a particular item I wanted but they were no longer selling it. A friendly staff helped me find a similar item. It wasn't in the store so she ordered it for me and it will be shipped to our home. Each section is categorized. This place is huge so make sure you wear good walking shoes. The sections are organized. Hungry? Second floor serves food cafeteria style. You grab a tray, if you want sides (salads, desserts and more) just take it from the fridge and place it on your tray. The main course is served hot. I know everyone comes for the Swedish meatballs (which my Mr ordered) but the Salmon Filet caught my eye. My Mr. got a Greek side salad. Lunch was so good! I wasn't stuffed, just enough to fill me up. This is my first time trying the Swedish meatballs and it's everything I expected it to be! There is a market downstairs if you want to take home some the meals you enjoyed (frozen section) We ended up getting the salmon, dill sauce, veggie dog, and the fruit spread that paired well with the Swedish meatballs. Downstairs is the household items, furniture pickup, market, and express cafe. Returns or exchanges? We had to come back the next day to return something. You text a number to yourself and fill out a questionnaire. Once completed they give you a number and you wait for them to call your name. Pretty fast and easy transaction. Overall, a great experience! We ended up getting household items, tv stand, bathroom wall cabinets/storage and an office chair. Definitely coming back!
