Well, only self check out open. My wife scans everything goes to pay and the screen flashed saying "random " selection for a search. Then a employee came and asked her if she was sure she scanned everything and then rescaned everything in her cart. So they want you to scam your order just so they can stop you to scan your order? Never stepping foot in your stores again.

Much better experience than before. With self check out, I dont have to deal with the not so good cashiers.

It's huge. That's the best and the worst. I left exhausted and spent 180.00 on a bunch of just stuff. Now, their thin oatmeal and chocolate cookies are addicting, the citronella candles on close ours at $2 each, walnut serving platter at $25...I had a heavy very full blue bag. We went on a Tuesday and it was empty. I highly recommend shopping there during the week. I love this place!

When it first opened we use to go 2 X year ...(We live almost 2 hours away)We then went maybe every year to year and half. Went back today, been a while....very few employees, no cashier's. All self checkout. Lady said they can't get anyone to work nights or weekends.Everything is made cheaper and prices have soared. Even candy bars we got for .99 are now $1.99 Double priced. The big company napkins much cheaper at SAMS CLUB and actually get 20 more napkins to boot.The plant Dept was pitiful. I'll get my plants at Costco, way cheaper and nicer. There was no cinnamon rolls. He said they come in Thursday. They use to make fresh there. Not any longer!!I was going to get some mustard, expiration date was in 2 months, so left on shelf. If there was a smart mgr there, woul mark down! They'll never sell at full priceThey need new managers in, to oversee things we as constomers see. It's like place on auto Piolet.We won't be back, better deals including rugs at Costco, also on food and plants. For us, it's a wasted days drive and gas, and their prices have gone way up. Not the deal it use to be.

Incredibly slow service. Ordered 2 doors in store waited an hour to find out they oversold one of them than waited in another line 30 more minutes to get credited. Terrible system worse service.

Placed order online of $700 on the 2nd of Feb. for items that said they were all in stock for delivery. They instantly took my money out of the account. Then I instantly after got a message that they did NOT have a single item from my purchase in stock. I sat on the phone for 2 hours before talking to someone. I was told the money would be refunded in 2-7 business days. I waited. Then had to contact them again. Then I was told that was wrong it would be 10-14 business days. Waited. That was also wrong called again. They said they tried to process the money to my bank but my bank denied it. I called the bank and the bank said they had no contact with ikea at all and would not deny any money coming in from a large company like ikea. So I called again. They said they would process the refund in 24-48 hours. Waited AGAIN and wouldn’t you know, still no refund. Last I talked to them they said it would be another 7 business days. I am livid at this point. Don’t order online here ever. And if they want to argue I have literally all the chat documents screenshot.

Terrible experience!!! TWO boxes were delivered. Started putting the item together. Realized parts are missing. The online chat is useless. After attempting to get help with the chat, I was informed the item comes in THREE boxes. Gave up on the chat as it was no help. Called customer service. After being on hold for a very long time, I told the customer service representative that one of the three boxes wasn’t delivered. She said that they cannot just deliver the missing box. Why not???? The only solution(s) is to repack everything to be picked up and have a new one delivered or be reimbursed. Insane! Just deliver the missing box! I now have to disassemble what I started, somehow fit everything back in the boxes (I have no idea how they do it, it’s like Tetris). Oh, and I have to be home during the four hour window for the pickup. I will never buy from ikea again and don’t recommend anyone else to

What an experience.Well stocked shelves.Clean store.Plenty of employees.Great food.Amazing in stock selection.Prices were unbelievably low.Furniture quality exceeds anything in its price range by a long shot.Plenty to see, and good way to spend time. You can get cool stuff and not spend a lot of money.Cleanest bathrooms in Cincinnati.Free diapers for the changing tables. Small sink for the littles to wash their hands.Fast, friendly checkout.I wish we had one in Louisville. I love this store after one visit. Definitely worth the visit if you're in town, need furniturez or just want to burn a few hours.
