This was my 1st time with Jackson Hewitt.My tax professional, Anita Strong, was wonderful! She explained everything to me & answered all my questions. She even explained things to me that I never knew after all these years of getting my taxes done with H&R Block.I'll definitely be seeing Anita again next year!!

Thought I was going to file my taxes today. I was wrong. Made my appointment for 430. Confirmed it and everything. And then I show up.....and no one was there. I waited for 10 minutes before I decided to leave.

I will NEVER use Jackson Hewitt again ! They have officially lost a customer ! They don’t know how to treat customer when we need them the most . John was great during my service but now I can’t reach him and everything is horrible ! I will take my business else where for now on
