Don’t try and call costumer service. You get a nonstop loop recording and when someone finally picks up it’s just to disconnect your phone call by hanging up.

There is absolutely no way to leave an email at Kohl's corporate headquarters. We have stopped shopping at ALL Kohl's B/C the discount coupons with percentages off are USELESS. Why? MOST of the items are EXCLUDED. This is simply bait and switch.
So we got disgusted and stopped shopping. You can tell, just pull up our last name. It's been AGES since we have shopped at any Kohl's. Period. We got tired of getting to the register only to have 3/4 of our selections excluded from the coupon & discounts from you. Even a no name crummy top was deemed excluded. So we just don't come in anymore. And we won't.

I found 2 bluey outfits for great my Grandson, and my teenage Granddaughters one went to sephora and the other found great summer buys. It was a very good shopping day. The staff was very helpful.

This would be a 4-5 star review but every time I go the customer service and checkout time isn’t good. The ones at the registers are always super friendly.

Amazon return is very convenient here. And usually, you will get a Kohl‘s coupon with receipt.
