I use the walk- up window. Its very fast and convenient, especially when my kids are in the car. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Ive had some questions about some of my scripts and they were very thorough in explaining to me the side effects and what to expect and proper dosing. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this pharmacy. My only wish was that they stayed open a little longer. I have missed my pick up times by a few minutes prolonging puck up to the next day. I know kroger can't help the traffic on Tylersville, but Im excited for this new location to open.

Awful pharmacy. One time they didn't mix my daughter's medicine and gave me the powder. And today the tech was just plain rude. Laughing it up with her friends and couldn't be more annoyed to help me.

Long-time CVS customer but have switched due to the customer service here. Only need to tell them once. Pharmacist really do seem to care. Called to apologize once for her substitute’s performance while she was out. Really, such a different and positive experience I am compelled to let others know.

I know the employees of Kroger pharmacy endure a lot of stress. They are wonderful even when people are rude.Tiffany is so helpful and so is Lisa, all the other employees also. Be patient be kind they are working non stop to help you and get you what you need. I see Lisa rush to the window when I buzz and my heart goes out! These ladies are amazing!

Be aware that Pharmacy will sell you drug outside of prescription, and won’t let you return even it is on original box. Ask doctor before you purchase.

Their service is ok. It's hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone behind the counter with no customer service skills what so ever and just need to stay home if they are having that bad of a day and sometimes they are very nice. It's not the best, or the worst. Walgreens is much worse!

I've been using this pharmacy for 29 years. Everyone is kind, helpful, and looks for ways to lower the cost of the medications. They remember me and that I pick up for my elderly mom. Even though I moved, I won't change to a closer store.

This "supposed pharmacy" is not my choice. I am traveling to Portland Oregon where I will be picking up my prescriptions from the Stadium Store manager "Kevin Haffener".Good night and Good Luck.
