While I appreciate what the shoppers do for Kroger pickup I have to say I’m disappointed in the lack of pride some of them take in their work. I am charged for things I don’t receive and they put fruit/veg with raw meat. When I spoke to someone in pickup today I was told “some people care and others don’t.”

Mike the cashier was excellent helped us figure out the coupon deal and made our checkout overall pleasant!

The store was well stocked and well staffed. Matt did a great job helping me at the checkout to bag up my items and address any issues. He also multitasked well to help other customers all at the same time.

Reason #236 why I don't go to this Kroger.... apparently you have to be friends with the self-check out people to get any service. The lady gabbed with and bagged the persons groceries (in front of me), walked away then started bagging and talking to a guy showing pictures of her dog while I was trying to get her attention. When she finally came over, it was clear she didn't want her conversation interrupted; she sent another worker over and resumed her conversation. I bagged my own groceries.

I'm reviewing the pharmacy specifically. I was discharged from the ER one late afternoon and got to this pharmacy a few minutes before they closed. My scripts were basic so I assumed they could be filled quickly but you never know. They were very friendly and said they could help me out. Told me to wait at a certain spot and gave me updates including forewarning me they would close the window but ensured they would fill my scripts. They got it done quickly and were so pleasant. I'd use them as my pharmacy if I lived nearby.

This store is fine but a few things bother me.. in the mornings there are never check out people you have to so it yourself and its frustrating when you have a cart full. Also when you check out yourself someone has to come clear the machine 12 times. This is RIDICULOUS. Also this store somehow also smells or spoiled milk. Yuck.

For a nice area it's located in it needs a renovation. Weird smells throughout the store and has an outdated appeal for a Kroger. I usually avoid this store unless I'm in the area and need something quick
