Maurices, shame on you for trusting Comenity bank and for not training your employees better with opening new credit cards. As a loyal customer from 2013, I will no longer be shopping with you, unless this is resolved. Super sad because I feel like you were the go-to store. I paid you in-store, in full and you are still trying to charge me. I have all the receipts to prove it

I purchased 4 items online using the b1g1 free sale and was able to use my bday coupon discount on top of it. I was psyched getting these items for a steal! Within 24 hours that steal of a deal was taken away from me when my order was canceled for "unforseen reasons." It isn't because the items were out of stock. In fact, right after receiving notice of cancelation i went back online to see if items were in stock and how about that.....that b1g1 deal was over so if I wanted to reorder those items it would've cost way more and I lost my bday coupon. I sent an email and never received a response. Color me disappointed and no longer shopping at Maurices.Update: I ended up having to do an online chat and call to customer service but they were able to reorder all my items for an even bigger discount for the troubles. Items were delivered and I am satisfied with them. Now I did do another online order for different items a few days later and guess what....all items canceled again! This isn't really worth it to me to pursue again. I will just stay disappointed with this place and how online orders are handled.

This is my second visit to a Maurice's. The first was off of I-71. Today I went to this one off of I-75. I had similar experiences at both.Wow, they are special! The staff at both stores are super friendly and helpful. Today, Alex was my personal helpmate.Being 75 yrs young, the selection was just as focused for me as for youngsters in their 20's to 60's plus.The merchandise buyers are phenomenonal. They know what we like. I'll be back a lot!!

I’ve shopped Maurice’s twice. Both times, working with different staff, I had excellent experiences. They’re extremely helpful and the store policies are reasonable and generous.

I love Maurice's!! Their clothes are good quality & adorable!! If you can't find what your looking for, it can be ordered online & paid for right then & there. With Free shipping! The manager is Amazing as well!! It's like going clothes shopping with your best friend!!
