This place is a joke they say we own $200 they did some illegal shit they turn off our services called had it restored it it was like that through out the whole day found out that they are not linked through metro I call 611 and said I don't own $200 now they went through the system and chamge my pin and name cuz my name is not popping up my phone bill is due on June 8 made a report withh police and customer service but at this point I'm done..

Do yourself a favor and just go to a different Metro T-Mobile store. The same salesperson that always seems to be working is not very personable, and has even worse customer service skills.

Best guy ever I'm not good with phones at all and I have a lot of problems with it but every time I go to them they make sure to help out with and make me leave happy and they made my life a lot easier by helping me out with my phone

Just moved to Westchest in November and this location is highly convenient since it's less then 5 mins from my house however every single time I have been there it's been an absolute nightmare. The employees are always extremely unhelpful, rude, argumentative and condescending. I've been a metro customer for YEARS, lived in multiple states and have never experienced anything like the employees at this location. After yet another awful experience a few days ago I just gave up and drove 20 mins to the Springfield pike location. Everyone employee at that location was amazing and confirmed that they hear a lot of complaints about the West Chester location. I will definitely be making the 20 min journey to the Springfield pike location from now on

An exceptional experience! I visited the Metro by T-Mobile store looking for a new phone and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The staff was extremely friendly and patient, answering all my questions in detail. They helped me find the perfect phone that fits my needs and at a very competitive price. The store was clean and well organized which made the shopping experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and great deals on cell phones!
