I was looking for wiggle eyes and found the cutest ones with eyelashes. I made a cat wreath for my 3 year old granddaughter and added the eyes. She loves it!

I recently took my father to Michael's to pick up some specialty paper for his watercolor business. He found what he was looking for and met a new friend/ artist and they exchanged business cards. We drove about 20 minutes to get to this Michael's because it has such a great selection.When my father got home he found out that the paper he purchased was not exactly what he wanted. A couple days later, I drove my father back to Michael's and they allowed him to return the paper with no questions asked. We really appreciate this type of customer service and will continue to drive several miles to shop at this Michaels.Do yourself a favor and visit the Michaels in Westchester, Ohio. He'll be glad you did!

Went in for sale idem, very low stock, one girl on duty up front. Backed up line for the customers card would not go through.

Sweet people that are always helpful. They are always so welcoming and excited to see every customer that comes in. The manager is very sweet and she works tirelessly to keep that store in check. Good job everyone.
