Pedicure was great at a very reasonable price. Location is tucked away but nice and clean. The associates aren't really engaging so better bring your headphones.

In and out quickly with perfect nails every time. Love this salon and all the stylists. Currently with Lily and she is awesome
Cleanliness: Salon is quaint, nicely decorated and always welcoming. Always very clean
Stylist: I have Had every stylist there and they are all great! Currently been going to Lily which is sweet and funny. She always is a perfectionist and I love our convos while she works. Always pleased! Even when I let her pick the color!

I have come here twice now and Sam has been my Tech. I have been satisfied both times after getting my nails done by him. I do recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time because they are a busy store. I have not had to wait long after my appointment to get started. Sam is very professional and they are upfront about their prices, as well as giving you a receipt that shows every charge. I definitely recommend this place!
Requested style: I requested coffin shape and a nail art. Sam did both on my nails and they look great!

I had a 230 appt on 6/19. I came because of the good reviews. Ha ha was I WRONG! First off I booked a pedicure with gel polish. No gel polish was offered, so forget it moving on I’ll let that go. But the polish he used he left all over my toes. I noticed it on the way out once I got in the sunlight. Also in my appt I had sns French with gel top coat. He did very poorly on the white tip and left a huge raised end on all of my nails. Normally when I get them done they are smooth. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as they use the WRONG tools on nails, nail beds, they also reuse instruments from one client to another. They use the same dip cup for each person. You are not allowed to do that. You have to pour into a separate cup as to not contaminate the entire SNS powder. ALSO, they used a metal grater for my pedicure and those are ILLEGAL in the state of OHIO. STAY AWAY!

This was my first time at NT Nails and Spa and I will definitely return. I’m a “pedicure only” guy and this one was great. I especially appreciated their welcoming and kind customer service. Making customer care a priority doesn’t happened everywhere, but I can tell that it does at NT Nails and Spa everyday. Thank you!
