Terrible service now at the print center. I waited hours yesterday to be told I should try another store by 3 very incompetent employees who couldn't even find an email. I've printed many brochures with OD but this store could not figure out how to print a single one.

Came in to print some business cards at around 2pm 6th June. The guy working in the printing showed no interest, lacked communication and didn’t answer my questions, so I left. Horrible experience

On Sunday, I dropped off a graduation invitation to be copied. The associate took my order and said there would be a 24-hour turnaround after writing the information on a piece of paper. When I called back the next day to check on the order, the associate was rude and stated the order was not ready, saying they would get to it when they could. On Tuesday, I was told the order would be ready between 2-3 o'clock. However, when my husband and I arrived, we found our order had been mistaken for someone else's, and they hadn't started our order. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. They couldn't complete the order for reasons I still don't understand. Having worked for a company with a copy center, I knew the order I dropped off was simple and something a professional copy center should have been able to complete. It was obvious they did not want the order. The manager's statement that they should not have taken the order to start with, after having it for three days, led me to this conclusion.

The man that checked me out at the register was so nice! I bought a desk and he helped me put it in my car and was so patient with my toddler and I helping us with the desk. He was so friendly and helpful! Also, a women that was working went and retrieved the desk from the back for me and wheeled it to the register. Overall such friendly and helpful service! Thank you!

I have been visiting this store for 4 years and have used their print services for my business. The prior print manager was absolutely phenomenal and went over and beyond to help fulfill my order. Being informative, suggesting her expertise opinion on printing and advising the most cost efficient route for printing. Sad that she is no longer with the company!
This new guy is an absolute joke! My in store experience was horrible! He was very impatient, frustrated and kept advising me that he could not print my flyers as they had been done in the past! He resized the flyer which made it too small and then upon pick up he cut off the top of the flyers where the wording was cut in half! He left me an extensive message being nasty, condescending and extremely I professional and if anyone from higher up in this company even cares to hear I have it saved! I do not recommend going to this location for anymore!

Came in to get some printing. Associate took my thumb drive, plugged it into the computer thr walked away to talk to another associate, loads paper in printer, talks to coworker again, stands around for a couple min, helps another customer... only after 10+ min of this does he come back to open my files. No sense of urgency or desire to get anything done. I ended up leaving with out that I came in for. This was after the guy yesterday couldn't open the file that other office depot stores have never had trouble with.
No, I will not email your social media email address, if you cared about customer issues you wouldn't ask the customer to email what they've already sent you
