I want to shout out an Amazing lady Chaka! I came in with a pair of Swavarski glasses that were too tight. She was so pleasant and fixed my glasses! They fit so much better now! Pearl Vision , you have a GREAT employee in this lovely lady!!!

Great customer service. Chaka took the time to help me and my husband pick out the perfect frames and explained the entire process for getting our glasses and contacts. 10/10 would recommend

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Went in for an eye exam and contact fitting. The amount due was different (more) than my co-pay and gave several excuses as to why it was different. My son had an eye exam/contact fitting the month before and was charged the co-pay amount. When I brought this to their attention I was told they under charged him and I would need to pay the difference. Will not be returning!

Isurance fraud... over charging for covered services then billing insurance too!!!WATCH OUT!! I took my kids for check up on vision, and was VERY clear that we had a years worth of contacts all ready and didnt need any... they did a contact fitting anyway and tacked on fitting fees of $130 for something we didnt need and specifically asked them to NOT do. For years theyve slipped in extra charges like this without explaining first. They are clearly more interested in $130 than in having character or ethics. We wont be back.Update... i confirmed with my insurance that there are no "copays" and that the contact fittings are cover!.. Dr. Mozak actually charged me for my childrens fittings and a bogus copay then collected from my insurance! Can you say INSURANCE FRAUD!!!

I went here with a prescription from my optometrist. The service was fine, the people were fine, I didn't have any issues at all. The glasses came in the time I was quoted 7-10 days. I hadn't any issues at all with anyone. When i went to pick up my glasses they even adjusted my old ones and gave me some free wipes. I read the other reviews and I didn't have any adverse issues or complaints. It seemed pretty normal and pleasant to me but, that's my opinion. My insurance was acceptable, again no issues.

There are so many eye doctors and Opticals just in this little area. Go ANYWHERE but here. My child was seen by Dr. Moczek at Pearle Vision today. The prescription was written without a Pupillary Distance (PD) on it and with an "optional" progressives lenses and additive Rx. BUT it's not written as "optional" on the Rx. This turns a 35 dollar pair of lenses into a 150+ dollar pair of lenses for something I (in my qualified medical opinion) do not deem necessary. I asked for the PD number so that I can order my child's glasses from the optical at my own place of work. They straight up refused to provide it for me. I told them that they're essentially handing me a piece of paper for medically necessary corrective eyeglasses, that I can *only* purchase right there in office. Ohio law states that a vision prescription must contain "Sufficient information to enable the patient to obtain from the supplier of the patient's choice, the optical accessory or other vision correcting item, device, or procedure that has been prescribed." We have one vision exam covered by insurance each year so I can't take my child somewhere else now. I already spoke with the Ohio Vision Professionals Board and my insurance provider to file a complaint and to request a refund from this exam so that we can go elsewhere. What happened to us today was against the law. Please have the office manager call to discuss a refund.

Wow I don't know where to begin.Both Chaka and Karmin were wonderful. They took the time to help me pick out frames, order them and fitted them correctly. I couldn't ask for better service care and understanding when it came to suggestions of what I wanted and they came through with the variety of options especially when it came to frames. I had scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM on Saturday 11/12/2022. The office worker who opened the office for my 9:00 AM appointment arrived at 9:05 AM. Once inside, with several other people now, I waited, while the others scrambled to the front desk. The person who opened the office was not the person who handles the people who are there for an appointment, I learned. The person, who handles those who had an appointment, did not arrive until 9:15 AM, for my 9:00 AM appointment. Once she did arrived, I had to complete the required paperwork and then took it to the front desk. Hmm, I noticed someone else going into the examination room. When I asked about that, I was told that Pearl Vision had double booked the 9:00 AM appointment time. No apology! I cancelled my appointment and exited the establishment. I was not aware that one could schedule two appointments at the same time online!?? In any event, I will never return. My first experience with Pearle Vision, the office also did not open until after 9:00 AM either. But I though, sometimes people are late due to unforeseen circumstances. Not returning.

I was sufferrring from itchy and watery eyes couple of days and applied some prescribed medicine over the counter from Walgreens but it was not fully recovered. Hence, I had a scheduled eye exam here with doctor: D.M Moczek. After reaching on time and filling up all the forms the customer agent said you have scheduled eye exam and this treatment for itchy eyes are not considered!. But she had a word with the doctor and he was so kind and ready to provide consulatation and explain me all the remedies in alergic treatment, advice other medcine and cough syrup with out chrging me any penny. They are so kind for patients and god bless them. Thanks,
