The agent that showed our house was offensively obnoxious and unprofessional. When I called her out on it, first she blamed another realtor before she and the broker overreacted and threatened to file harassment charges. Just look at the responses to the other negative reviews for proof of their lack of tact. We warned the rest of our former neighbors. These people actively work to remove negative reviews as well to skew their rating. I’ve lived in a lot of places, and this was just another of many patently rude and imprudent experiences I had while living in Ohio although this one went more to an extreme. I frankly hated the place and was glad to leave.

They don’t have your best interest at all! Of course all the want is the money. Realtors really don’t help you buy a house anymore it’s so disappointing! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Christina Strickland was amazing! I had a spur of the moment opportunity to purchase my first home, and she worked quickly and efficiently to make it happen—even during the busy season! She had all the resources and recommendations ready, and answered questions before I even knew to ask them. I truly felt like she had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. She is a highly motivated and knowledgeable agent who makes things move fast while keeping everything smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend her to anyone!

I cannot recommend Ryan Naish of Plum Tree realty enough. He was a complete professional, who always remained positive and upbeat. He answered all of my questions by returning phone calls and texts immediately. In two short months, he helped me find a home and sell the home I was currently in. His kindness and sincerity was very refreshing. You won’t regret hiring him and using his services!

Nothing but a game and alot of bad communication with plum tree. I would not recommend they play games lie to you and so does her colleague frump. Then out of the blue send u another's name. I would not recommend Kim David poor communication lots of games just wanna run the credit and play games are these ppl for real how do they make money how they treat there potential clients then after wasting time and numerous messages she bails. Wow what a winner !!!! I would not recommend this firm for nothing for the games and bs they put ppl through. If there was a no star rating I would of put it that way cause one star is to much for this duo. Matt frump and Kim David. Don't waste ur time or credit score on this firm. Crappy service lack of contact and alot of games.

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Nick Welage. While I am a little late on writing this review, we definitely do not regret our purchase and experience with buying our first house. Nick helped explain the whole process and relieve any unease we had with the buying process. He had great recommendations on what to look for and showed us a couple of houses to get a feel for what we were looking for. Luckily we spotted a good house with unique charm, and in a good neighborhood that fit our needs. Nick had some great recommendations for a lender that he works well with and reputable inspectors. Since my wife and I had good credit and our finances in order, it took us only a couple of weeks from finding the house, to putting in an offer, to signing the papers, all before the end of our lease. I would highly recommend Nick and Plum tree to anyone looking to buy their first home.

Christina Strickland has helped us buy our first home, sell it, and buy our second home. Both times she has been phenomenal! She goes above and beyond in every aspect from showings, working late hours to make sure stuff gets done, making sure every little thing is clear and we understand.
