“I had a wonderful experience at The UPS Store. Misty, was the associate who assisted me, she was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. She made shipping my package quick and easy and also helped me with my Amazon returns. She was patient, professional, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It’s always refreshing to receive this kind of excellent customer service. I truly appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Print Bug in West Chester! After feeling completely discouraged by bigger print shops like Staples, Office Max and other local places that wouldn't even attempt to help me, finding Print Bug was such a relief. As a bride, I decided to DIY my wedding invitations and had purchased specialty paper that none of the larger print shops were willing to work with. Most places immediately turned me away without even trying. When I walked into Print Bug and explained my situation, the woman there was immediately SO kind, patient and genuinely willing to help. She said she would at least test the paper in her printer right then and there and it worked perfectly! Just her even trying and showing me she was willing to help was the least I could ask for. The other places just sat on their phones and seemed to not even want to help or do their job. Not only was she able to print on my specialty paper, but she worked quickly and got our invitations done the very same day. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. She was so pleasant to talk to, and the environment in the shop felt welcoming and personal, something the big chain stores completely lacked. My wedding invitations turned out EXACTLY how I imagined them and I honestly could not be happier to have that huge wedding task checked off my list. Print Bug truly cares about quality and their customers and it shows in every part of the experience. I highly recommend Print Bug over any other print shop in the area. I will absolutely be going back for future print jobs!”

“Emanuel is ALWAYS so helpful and kind. He is always so patient with me. I come into this facility often for printing and even when I don't send my documents correctly to the FedEx email address, Emanuel ALWAYS finds a way to correct the problem. I literally will NOT go anywhere else. I will come to THIS FedEx on Cox Lane because I know if Emanuel is working, I will be given the proper help. I just thank him so much for always being so kind. Thank you Emanuel. And thank you FedEx for hiring such kind people.”

“I had a great experience at this FedEx Office. The staff member was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. He checked on me while I was using the self-service copier to make sure everything was going okay, and later helped me send some important documents internationally. He carefully confirmed the complicated Japanese address with me, explained the shipping options and cost before proceeding, and was very patient with my limited English. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful international shipment so easy. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!”
