Had some maintenance on a 2015 Hyundai Genesis--transmission fluid, spark plugs, oil/filter. I believe the work was done well and really appreciate he wanted to do it correctly rather than rush it. Reasonable pricing and friendly shop that beats dealership. I'd like a little more communication on expectations for completion, still I plan to come back. Overall I was pleased and value prioritizing doing a good job.

Excellent experience! After getting some questionable quotes from the dealership, I took my vehicle to Queen City Auto House for a second opinion. The owner was my point of contact and was incredibly upfront about the diagnosis. He provided a clear written estimate, set realistic timeline expectations, and even suggested a few optional maintenance items—like replacing the cabin and engine filters—while explaining the cost and timing impact with zero pressure. His staff was also great with my kids, and I genuinely felt they cared more about earning a long-term customer than making a quick buck. I saved a significant amount of money and got my vehicle fixed from a reliable, locally owned business. I rarely write Google reviews, but I felt compelled to share this one. Well done, Queen City Auto House!

In addition to the repair service, they also rent trucks and tow dolly via U-Haul. They quoted more than $350 for renting a truck and a tow dolly between Cincy and Columbus for a 1-day rental. I could rent a truck from Enterprise Truck rental at <$100.
They sold a towing hitch at $71 when U-Haul sells it at $30 and charge $20 for the return of the tow dolly after hours. When Enterprise does not charge after hours for the truck, they charge for the tow dolly. It looks like U-Haul does not seem to manage their dealers well.

QCAH was recommended to me by a friend. I try to use locally owned/operated shops when I can and since they recently moved into the new location I thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did. My truck needed some tlc and they did excellent work. Very happy with the communication and level of service. Bryan and his team have earned a new repeat customer. I'll be sending more work their way.

QCAH was absolutely awesome. My son's car broke down right before Labor Day weekend (Thursday evening), the starter failed. I called around and QHAC said that they could fit us in promptly that day, which was unbelievable considering what I was told elsewhere (brought the car in at 9 AM and they were done around 2 PM). They were very fast, the car was clean, did not smell like smoke (had that experience twice before with different shops) and very reasonable in my opinion! I highly recommend QHAC!!!!

Very impressed with the quality of the work and the friendly staff. We have been searching for an honest car repair place that is fair and at least timely in returning our car. QCAH is spacious, friendly and got our car back to us the next day. We will recommend them to others and be back again the next time our car needs a fix. Very grateful.

Bryan at Queen City was wonderful to work with! I had to have the vehicle shipped to me, Queen City was very accommodating and patiently worked with me. Bryan went beyond the call of duty to help me inspect the vehicle, FaceTiming me so I could see the vehicle and see him take it for a drive.
All in all a great experience and very sweet people to work with! I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle!

I recently had new tires and brake pads installed on my car. They took the time to find the best tires for my budget, and my car feels great after the installation. They also took the time to go over a couple things they noticed with the wheels off, but weren't the least bit pushy to get additional work done. Seemed like a good, honest group. I will definitely be back.

After years of working with them for service, we recently sold a vehicle through Queen City Auto House's consignment program, as we weren't impressed with the offers we were getting for trade in from some of the bigger used car companies. The team made the process really easy, and took care of cleaning up the car for listing. They sold it faster than we expected, and even after taking out the consignment fee, our take home was more than twice the other offers we had received! We highly recommend considering this option if you have a vehicle you are looking to sell and have some flexibility on your timeline.

Had a very pleasant appointment! When I first scheduled it for an oil change and a general inspection, the owner took his time and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right choice in oil selection. My appointment went super smoothly and all the paperwork I received from the inspection was easy to read/follow. They followed up quickly with quotes for work I would need on my car but were never pushy about getting the fixes scheduled and completed right then and there. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you're someone who isn't knowledgeable about cars. I will 100% be going back for any future car needs.
